Check in was a breeze and the staff was warm and helpful. With Expedia's VIP Acess, we were given the chance for early check in but we were informed that we won't get a room with view. We decided to wait for the room and took up the complimentary welcome drinks for our fave room to be made up.

Good hotel, the shower was the best shower I’ve ever had! The pool is nice but poorly designed, there is no sun light so its a waste Bed could be comfier

We were lucky that our rooms were ready when we reached there about 12pm and allowed us to check in early. Spacious and clean room. Walking distance to famous eating places and attractions.

The 4-star designation doesn't align with the actual experience; the hotel seems more like a 2-3 star. Noise from adjacent rooms is audible due to ineffective room insulation. Perfect hotel for a weekend getaway! My partner and I stayed here upon recommendation from our family and feel we made the right choice staying here. Our room was spacious, and the shower had excellent water pressure! Our city view on the 26th floor was beautiful, and the area surrounding the hotel was picturesque and convenient for eating at local hawker centers. Would recommend! My only recommendation/area for improvement would be the air conditioning in our room. Although it did work and did cool our room, it only ever reached 24 degrees Celsius which was fine, but we would have preferred cooler. The room service was excellent as well! Though one area for improvement there would be having them stay open past 10pm.

The room is clean with sea view. Good location. But I had a problem checking in. I booked 3 rooms about 1 month in advance, but they gave us the rooms apart in different floor. That doesn’t make sense. At last, they changed the rooms for us to be in the same floor.

I visited Penang days before my uncle & aunt's arrival & I personally went to the hotel & talked to the floors r manager & front desk officer about my uncle celebrating his 80th birthday during his stay. They assured me that they would arrange something nice as a kind gesture. Unfortunately nothing came to fruitation. My aunt said no one called on his birthday. The room's furnishing are older & need refurbishment. The housekeeping crew don't clean well, considering it's a 4 star hotel.

Really welcoming staff and rooms were in decent condition. It got noisy at nights over the weekend due to the open air performance but the hotel is not at fault for that. The hotel is close by to shops and great eat outs/

Somewhat happy.
Great service by crew members. From front desk to housekeeping. Major shout out to the doormen. Especially Parbat. Super helpful. Rooms were really disappointing. Our toilet had visits from cockroaches while my mother’s toilet had the drainage kind of smell throughout the 3 nights we stayed. Overall a major dip in cleanliness and comfortability of the rooms as compared to my previous experience last year.
