"Stayed in a quadruple SkyTree view room with family for 6 nights and highly recommend this. Staff superb, knowledgeable and polite with good English; breakfast plentiful and varied; clean room with many charging points, bottled water, shower accessories, slippers and gowns. The area is convenient for travel - easily accessible from Haneda airport and central areas, and for shops, restaurants, 7/11s etc. If we return to Tokyo I will re-book this hotel without hesitation."

"I like the place for its great location (easy access to eateries opening around the clock at weekend), friendly staff, efficient check-in and check out processes. The room is clean and spacious too. "

"We stayed for one night after visiting Kyoto, and before returning home and we picked this hotel based on it's proximity to Tokyo station, which was where we were arriving and departing. The room itself was just 'ok' (a bit tired and small for 3 people), but the location was perfect for our needs. In addition to being convenient to the train station, it is right next to the high-end shopping district, which blew us away - a bigger concentration of high-end stores than we've seen in London, Paris, or NYC. It was also a convenient location for taking a bus to TeamLabs Planet, which we highly recommend (book in advance). And last, but definitely not least, they have a really good breakfast buffet. Mostly Japanese-style, but some western options as well. You do not need to book it with your room, and I don't think it's actually any more expensive to pay for it when you're there, so that's what I recommend."
