My stay at Monreale hotel
I enjoyed my stay at the Monreale Hotel . It’s a budget Hotel but it’s clean , quiet and well kept I would stay there again , I recommend it to anyone.

Poor room maintenance, house keeping was horrible, breakfast was worst ever, broken bread toaster, limited variety. Only bright aspect is the location convenience, good airport shuttle

Convenient as fairly close to the airport. The free airport shuttle does not run every hour though which was disappointing, I ended up taking an Uber as there was no bus from 11:30am until 1:30pm!

Queen bed mattress is old and uneven. We needed an iron for clothes for a weekend (3-day) convention, and did not recieve one after several calls on Thurs.night (08/17) until the following evening. Room windows would not lock and would open during strong winds at night. But Room was spacious. Breakfast was good.

Nice airport hotel with neighborhood flavor
We stayed here twice as it was located nearby GRU airport and offered a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. The bus runs on the hour, except during a 2 hour lunch/dinner break. It's about a 20 minute drive to the airport. Monreale offers a free breakfast buffet and has food available to purchase throughout the day. We discovered a pedestrian shopping street just behind the hotel. Nice to stroll along shops and eateries. Looks like mostly locals there. We felt fairly safe to walk around this neighborhood.

The hotel location was ok, but the cleanness of it was terrible. We could spot bugs inside the room. There was no towel when we arrived at the room which made me think the room was poorly cleaned. The shuttle to the airport had no air conditioner, which made our rainy travel to the airport miserable in the middle of January. Long story short: It is not worthy of the money, and it should be way more affordable.

The hotel is in a central location. I didn’t like that I had to ask about an Upgrade or any other amenities. The front desk clerk had to go verify with someone in the back office that I could get an update. They had no clue about any perks

Needs better blankets. I had to ask for blankets because my room was for 3 people and only one was in the room . One soap for 3 people . I took Hotel driver van and ask him to drop me off at domestic terminal for azul airlines , he dropped me off in another terminal , even tough another pax told us that the next terminal , so because of this I almost missed my flight and had to take an Uber because bus would come back in 15 min . Not a good experience .

The hotel is a little off dated; however, is clean and comfortable for the price. Beds need to be change and my sheets had little holes. Breakfast was very good and staff kind and helpful.

The check-in was quick. They shuttle from the airport to the hotel was nice. The room was good. The bathroom a little small, I guess, but nice and clean. Overall Very good.

Positive: Excellent staff (very kind and efficient), punctual airport shuttle, very clean room and premises, complete breakfast buffet. Negative: Safety box was not working. Maintenance took very long to come to the room, and could not fix it (electric system was burnt), so I could not have a safe. Finding a supermarket around the hotel was difficult.
