Decent breakfast. Airport shuttle at scheduled times was on time and reliable. Room was very, very small. Shower runoff backed up into sink and bathroom floor. Overall okay for the price.

We don’t speak Portuguese but the staff had sufficent English to help us out. Food in the buffets was very good. No Business Centre but reception offered to print our Boarding Passes. Staff always had a smile for us, which made us feel welcome.

bed lamp didn't function - broken light switch in the room indicated that maintenance of facilities leaves a bit to be desired.

Basic hotel, weak internet. They charge a full night if youu check out past 18:00. Decent breakfast
