Steps from beach, hospitable host, great choice!
Our stay was great! This is a great hotel choice on Gulhi island. It is super close to both the arrival pier and the bikini beach. The manager is super friendly, hospitable and helpful. He made us a breakfast of juice, coffee, toast, egg and sausage fresh each morning. He bought our luggage to the pier when we were leaving and made sure we were on the boat safe and sound before leaving us. I would recommend booking a room with a balcony so you can dry your bathing suit and towels outside your room. The water pressure in the shower isn't strong, there is a small learning curve but that is the price to pay for a vacation in paradise! Stop looking for hotels and book this one!

We had a really pleasant stay at HudhuVeli Inn. The guest house looks new and well maintained. The room was not really big but good for us, there was enough space to leave our stuff. There was a little balcony and air conditioning or a fan. The staff was always nice and polite, smiling and really offered great hospitality. Breakfast was good, basic and simple but just what we needed. They organised our transfer, they came at the jetty to pick us up carrying all our luggages. The only little negative side was the shower, there was not much water and it was a bit challenging. A part from this we really enjoyed our stay there, Oli Ahmed was an amazing host, great chat and really good service.

The place is new, bedroom&bathroom r adequately furnished. Safebox is available but unable to close due to alignment out. 1staff runs the whole place, at times he won't be available, however the owner is always accessible via text, very responsive and helpful. Breakfast is 1egg, 1sausage,2pcs of bread and coffee, varieties can be improved . 2min walk to bikini beach.

No confíen en este hotel.
Mala experiencia en hudhu veli inn hotel, al llegar nos avisan que no tienen la habitación disponible así que nos trasladaron a otra guest House, según ellos la habitación estaba en mantención . Nos trasladaron al GULHI Inn que no tengo nada malo que decir de las guesthouse, el dueño muy amable pero era un lugar mucho más barato y más modesto ( vimos el precio en Booking) y nos hicieron pagar el valor del hudhuveli inn. Nadie del otro hotel se disculpó y más encima nos querían cobrar el desayuno siendo que nosotros habíamos reservado con desayuno. los chicos del gulhi inn no podían cobrarnos el precio de ellos pq debían darle comisión al hudhu veli inn . En resumen no elijan el hudhu veli inn no es confiable si tendrán habitación para ustedes o no y si no la tienen los pondrán en otro lugar obviamente más económico para ellos no perder dinero y te hacen pagar la reserva completa. Recomiendo el GULHI In que es una guest House más económica, bastante cómoda , al lado de la playa, cama cómoda te prestan gratis toallas y máscaras de snorkel y el dueño es muyyyy amable nos ayudó con un problema que tuvimos de un vuelo cancelado. Y tb te ayuda con el ferry .

El hotel está muy bien, creo que es el mejor de la isla Gulhi. La playa de la isla es increíble . Allam que se encarga del hotel ha sido en todo momento muy amable y atento. Nuestro único problema fue por culpa de Hoteles.com, que no nos avisó que en el hotel había que pagar con moneda local o USD, así que nos tocó volver a ir a otra isla con cajeros automáticos, porque en Gulhi nada se puede pagar pagar con tarjeta. Así que debes estar atento.
