"Front reception staff are absolutely brilliant, great service and friendly. The rooms were clean and modern. On a minor note In the bar there were 3 staff but all more interested in cleaning rather than serving 2 single guests. Maybe the service spirit from the front desk could rub off on them, "

"Beautiful hotel. Great location. Staff were awesome. My only suggestion would be to have a small conscience store to get water or snacks for kids. Only stayed one night but it was fantastic. The plaza walk was really cool. Loved the heated bathroom floors too! Thank you!"
