I booked 2 rooms for 4 person , there should be arrangement to have both next or near by each other since my great aunt is 88 yrs old and have difficulty in walking. It’s long debate during the checkin !! The front desk lady kept insisted that No available rooms that could be arranged nearby. After almost an hour finally I did get what I asked for. The experience was Horrible. I stayed in Equatorial Hotel since 2014 whenever I visit VN .ot never experienced like this. All other services are excellent. Staffs are professional and friendly most times. The bathroom towels needed to replace with newer towels , they were overused. Thanks

Nice hotel!
Good service, well maintained and comfortable hotel. The only thing I feel that the hotel should do is to upgrade the wardrobe closet which is dated. Do not mind staying again in the future.

Overall stay was very good except the checkin as it took us 60 mins may be it was one of the bad days due to evening rush suddenly came. Rooms are good, breakfast is good, room service take some time to deliver the food. Location is good and staff is helpful. Casino inside the hotel so best option to exchange money is to do inside casino.

A nice hotel let down a little by the unsafe surroundings. Also, restaurant has limited western food dishes and only fruit for deserts. I did not enjoy the menu at all. Every time I rang for a smoothie drink..they tell me they can’t make it. A pity.

The hotel is beautiful, so clean, staff so helpful they cant do enough for you. The food (i am vegan) is so delicious. The hotel is a short taxi ride to all the main tourist landmarks. I love this hotel, the staff are the most attentive, kind and genuinely want to make your stay lovely. PLus they have a great outdoor pool !

I stayed 2 nights. I read some of the other reviews and they got fruit juice upon arrival, turndown service with chocolates. I got none of that. The room was decent, a bit old but functional. The breakfast buffet was terrible. The orange juice was brown and tasted awful. The rice congee was too thick and full of lumps. They had a poor selection of fruits - no watermelon. The only thing that was really excellent was the gym and swimming pool. And the staff was helpful. Not sure I’d stay again.

The stay was okay, the reception was empty due to covid and the check in was very quick but dismissive as one lady came to check me in and left even before I left the counter. Also nobody showed me to the room and that’s never happened at any of the hotels in the city w similar prices. I also left my initial reviews and they asked me about it at checkout which made it very awkward. My stay was pleasant enough until the check out when they confronted me about my one negative feedback I had. Sheets & comforter in the room also had stains so I wasn’t thrilled about that either, and the bathtub had dark stains.
