I requested for Marine view and I was not given that room. It was an older bldg , not as I expected. Staff is ok though I will go with different hotel if I go back to Hongkong.

The main issue with this hotel is the lack of storage space in the bedrooms and we are unlikely to use this hotel again. The storage is only suitable for stays of a couple of nights but we had booked in for 8 nights which meant that most of our things had to be left in luggage. Also the room safe is much too high and shorter people would find it hard to use without standing on a chair.

The location was both excellent for its walkability. We were able to walk to central as well as the ferry terminal in less than 20 minutes. There were lots of great restaurants around the hotel. The buffet breakfast was delicious

The staff were nice and approachable, its just the problem was there is language barrier. The place is just okay for budget travellers like us but its very accessible to the train station and restaurants. Love walking around the vicinity! We had a great time.

The property was easily access by train. My trip was short, I dislike 2 things 1. The way the lift was organized, you would always have to go through lift A to go down to reception level before you can take another lift down to level 1. 2. Alot of the local restaurant do not take credit card around the hotel, making it quite inconvenient and have to eat at bigger establishment, meaning more expensive food.

nice clean hotel with friendly staff .. comfy bed and great food and house keeping tv had bad picture and not many channels ... the hvac would not adjust .. the shower had great pressure but just a bit small .. our room was next to elevators .. and they run all night long .. ha ha ha and you could hear them all night !

This hotel is in a convenient location for the A11 airport bus, the MTR and trams. There are many food outlets nearby including the cooked food market. The main shopping strip (Queens Rd) is only a 10m walk and the ferries are a 30m walk away (the Macau ferry pier is about 10-15m walk).
