Excellent property with fantastic guest service from the time we arrived to the time we were bid goodbye. Multiple dining options, including a rooftop bar and restaurant with surreal views of the skyline. Near many shopping areas, and a grocery store is nearby, as well. Room is a gem- comfortable, large, blackout curtains, and a very nice bath room. Sincerely one of our favorite hotel experiences. Highly recommended!

Professional staff, clean and modern hotel
Hotel located in the financial part of town, so people around hotel are people you will find in financial parts of town, its clean and well maintained. When we checkd in, a gentelman called Orion helped us thru the process and helped us with our bags and showed us our room. inside the room he showed all the good to know in the room. we ended up upgrading our room to a bigger one, super nice as well. Roomservice was great. In housekeeping there was a gentleman called Dicky, he was also very helpful and professional and kind. the bar at the rooftop was really nice, good views and nice staff as well. Breakfast was good, alot to chose from and quality was good as well. hotel was quiet also. Really nothing to complain about. recommend this one!

Best hotel in HK
Great location, 1 min walking distance to Peak Tram. Easy 10 min walking distance to HK station. I enjoyed my stay with my parents. The staffs were very friendly and always helpful. And great breakfast!!!

The Murray offers a nice view of the city and the room is spacious. The furnitures in the room are top-notch. The vibe around the area is excellent too. Definitely will visit again.

Great stay again, this time was for my partners birthday. There was a birthday greeting from the reception staff and a sweet surprise sent to the room. We enjoyed ourselves so much we decided to extend an additional half day stay. Staffs are well trained and friendly. Breakfast was somehow changed to the top floor this time, good view but breakfast options felt limited.

Lovely oasis in Central
check in was smooth. Bath tub is lovely. Pool is good if not many people. Breakfast main dish is so so but semi buffet is good . had a lovely dinner at Taipan. The hotel building is a bit small and can get crowded n noisy. recommend staycation staying on weekdays to avoid the crowd.

not worth for money
very disappointed, not worth for money at all. Looby too small, crowded with a lot of guests checking in, together with many pets (dogs and cats). it took me more than 40mins to check in. the breakfast buffet is very so so but expensive. the crews are very polite though.

Highly recommended for staycation
Gorgeous decor scheme and very chic. Rooms are modern and plush. Bathrooms spectacular. Check-in was easy and smooth. Front desk and door staff exceptional. Overall a great time- would definitely recommend.

Great service but disappointing experience
Great hotel, excellent service, however the condition was lacking with a dirty floor, stool, and shower. My room was promptly changed however an apology wasn’t given which was odd. Offer of paying $1000 for an additional $500 free credit was encouraged for spending in the bar and restaurants, however upon paying for drinks in the bar was then told it doesn’t include happy hour, which is relatively minor but unprofessional and petty for a hotel of this calibre. Overall it was a disappointing stay and will make me question staying in future given the four seasons is nearby, similar price, and always in immaculate condition.
