The pool was dirty so we didn't dare to swim in it. Our room had a strong cigarette smell do we complained and they agreed to move us to a different room. The new room was bigger and had no cigarette smell but wasn't very clean (used condoms in the nightstand drawers). The breakfast was great which was a nice surprise given the condition of the hotel.

Hotel room totally look different from expedia posted photos. Room looks old and rundown and very uncomfortable bed. Small swimming pool at the rooftop. Not all staff speaks english. Only good thing is location and the buffet breakfast is more variety.

Two nights in Hue
This hotel had an excellent location, easy to walk to the Imperial City, the riverfront and all of the bars, restaurants and shops in the area. The photos of the hotel are amazing, so it can feel like you may have arrived at the wrong hotel when you arrive. They are working on renovating the place and we were put in a room that was renovated but it looked nothing like what was pictured on Hotels.com. It worked for us for the short time we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and eager to assist. The beds were very hard and the WiFi was very spotty in the rooms (we were on the end and the router for the whole floor was positioned on the middle of the hall). Although the hotel had a lift (elevator) there is a tall flight of stairs to reach the hotel lobby on the second floor (the first four is a separate BBQ restaurant). For the price, it was a fine stay.

It is a 3 stars... expect bugs ... I had a centipede crawling on my bed. Other than that the staffs are very friendly, almost too friendly
