Room was spacious as We got the Suite with window. Bed comfortable however housekeeping service needs improvement. The handovers looked old and worn. Washed cups n glasses were left to dry on a towel in the bathroom. So unhygienic. Ironing board was left on the floor for the 3 days we were there. Litter on carpet wasn’t removed; assumed wasn’t vacuumed during our stay. Concierge n doorman very polite n helpful. Overall a pleasant stay. Great location with easy walking access to the Malls.

(Light Rail)Nanas Station to Bukit Bintang (Isetan&Pavilion Shopping)is 2 Station away. Berjaya Times Square Shopping is where you buy cheap products (right@Imbi Station). Beware of well-dressed Chiese scammers
