I have stayed there for sixteen days, i would say that i really appreciate all staff there from the receptionists, restaurant and cleaners, except one lady that she cleans there, she is racist and dirty and a liar as well, i was expecting her to clean our room, she didnt do her job as it should be, which i would say it is a lack of responsibility, another thing, she does not clean the mirror in the bathroom even it is in her duty and she is getting paid for that, a lot of dust has been left on the floor which is not hygienic, I am an arab and muslim and i am proud of that as well, if you hate arabs or muslims, thats not my issue, i am a client and i should be treated like anyone else from europe or USA or the moon. Over all it was a great staying if not that cleaner that she is bitter as hell..

The hotel is clean, the breakfast is good but the drinks is not. The pleace is very comfortable near to the tram and metro and shops. There is park places free but it is no parking, park in the street.

Although the hotel is decent, for those who intend to go to the famous landmarks you're better off saving money and getting a hotel in a better location. If you're booking for the amenities, you won't have time to use the amenities as they are only available in the afternoon (which is when we are not in the hotel!). However if you do decide to stay, know that locals aren't always as helpful as you may wish. If you intend to go to sultan Ahmet JUST take the tram line from Mehmet Akif. Also taxis from here are EXPENSIVE if you have early/late flights when reasonable public transport is not available.
