Dear Mr Sanjeev, It's great that you have enjoyed the food that we served in our restaurant but the rest of your experience you described cause us deep concern. It does not represent the quality of service we strive for at our hotel. Our room size is around 18 sqm, comparable to ibis standard and we are using ibis standard sleep bed as well. We have immediately contacted our pet control partner and they are currently assisting us to eradicate as you mentioned mosquitoes in our patio and in terms of our service we have instructed retraining program to all associates immediately. On behalf of the hotel team, we thank you for your support and hope this incident will not prevent you from availing yourself of our service again in the future.

Not good for business staying, the cannot open a account to pay all togheter at the end of stay, so too much time spend, also couldn't made an extension for one night!! Not good for business travelers, tourist its oke because of the location. Internet did not work properly

Hotel in a convenient location
Hotel rooms were run down and the corridors is dim and have some ordour. My room 411 the shower door rubber to secure the glass door was missing hence it cannot be closed when I am showering and water gushes onto the bathroom floor.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Ok stayed here one night. Never again. Ibis is an international brand. Yes it’s cheap and cheerful but this place was awful. The room was disgusting. The bathroom was filthy. The towels were discolored and old. They had black stains on them. The bed sheets were discolored and they stank like they hadn’t been washed! It was in a really really bad state. The only decent thing was the check in experience. The gym was awful. Equiptment was old the padding on the bench press smelt like my boxing gloves... nasty and sweaty. The gym floor was wet due to the changing rooms for the pool being on the other side so people were dripping water all over the gym floor.

4 nights in Ibis Tamarin
I wanted to see Jakarta for a few days before moving on to West Papua. Ibis Tamarin was nice. Looking a bit old, but still maintained well. The pool and gym are very nice. I wish they had longer hours for their pool&gym. Location is right in central Jakarta if that's what you want. Wifi worked fine. I asked for a complimentary fridge to be put in my room as well. The shower in the bathroom is excellent.

A good budget hotel option.
Decent budget hotel near many government Ministry offices. Staff are very helpful, and are competent at making taxi arrangements. Breakfast buffet was good but not high end. The bathroom could have been cleaner but was not unhygenic. The room lighting was spotty, some lights would not turn on.

Great Hotel with great services!
Great hotel, very courteous & friendly staff during our stay at this hotel. The hotel Supervisor, Mr Irwan arranged for us to stay at their sister hotel - Arcadia as the hotel room at Tamarin which I've paid, was down with a faulty aricon. Mr Irwan went the extra mile in bringing us food for our dinner and we are most appreciative too!

Good budget place in a central location
It's a nice place to stay if you're on a budget and is very central so easy to get to others parts of the city. Good facilities, especially the 24 hour kitchen is a blessing. The only concern I had was I didn't like to pay as much as I did for the hotel. It was 10 bucks too much let night.

In fact this hotel is centrally located.

Nice budget hotel close to government offices
I usually stay here during research trips to Jakarta. The hotel is fine. Rooms are rather old and small but the staff are really friendly and the hotel is within walking distance/ short taxi ride to most government offices I need to visit.

Affordable and comfort hotel
We always stay here when we in Jakarta . The location is very good. They change the bed base recently and it's not a good look and also make a noise and collect the dust. Over all the hotel is still good. We glad now is free wifi everywhere with good signal. Also good to see the old member of staff.

Good stay in Jakarta
Bus stop is only 5 minutes walk and railway station is 10 minutes walk. Seven-eleven is just next to the hotel. Very convenient and comfortable. I will be back to the hotel at the next stay in Jakarta.

Great stay but watch out for the building works!
Room was very clean and every day house keeping came and refreshed the room. What was great as well is they were environmentally conscience and wouldn't change towels unless you asked (many hotels have this policy but ignore it). Hotel all over was very clean, the third floor did look a little dated and in need of updating but learn nonetheless. Service on whole was great (although right next door there is a construction site, very loud at midnight, hotel staff didn't do anything to accommodate this or move me). Location wonderful, great for sightseeing and shopping. Facilites also great. Overall if I'm in Jakarta again, I would stay here, but only once I know the building works next door have finished!

Repeat stay at Ibis Tamarin.
The room is clean, but the bed sheet and the bath towel is a little yellowish. It will be good if they place hand towels in the bath room instead of using tissues As usual, the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located.

Very convenient and comfortable, good breakfasts, helpful staff. The outdoor patio/pool area is a bonus. The room was basic but had everything I needed. The location is central, which is key for Jakarta traffic. I'd definitely stay here again.

Overpriced hotel
Overpriced hotel. Small basic room for the price. We were going to stay three nights but didn't think it was worth it. Glad we didn't because for $15 more we stayed at a more luxurious hotel in the same area.
