Definitely Above and Beyond Service
A round of applause for Intercontinental Pondok Indah team for the Superb services !! I booked connected rooms for a two-nights stay for the occasion of my Grandmother's birthday so she can enjoy staycation on weekdays with my niece. Mr Fitri Zuharmi helped us and coordinate with Chefs and GRO Team to provide special room decoration along with two delicious birthday cakes for both my Grandma and my sister. We are truly amazed by the excellent services throughout our stay there because the staffs are really helpful and genuinely considerate towards guests. Special mention to Mr Janwar from Sugar & Spice Restaurant for the delicious food recommendation (Savory Crepes and Specialty Coffee are MUST-TRY breakfast items) and Ms Tia from the Inaria Spa. I will definitely recommend this magnificent establishment to friends and families.

Beautiful hotel with great customer service, big pool and great breakfast food. The location is right on the PI Mall, very convenient. I would rate this hotel between the Four Seasons and the Ritz Carlton, with FS being #1.

Awesome hotel
Intercontinental Pondok Indah is awesome. Great staffs who are professionals and hotel is nicely located next to mall. Will definitely go back if I ever travel to jakarta again.

Excellent hotel. I regretted that we moved out from the hotel after the 5th night. Should have continue our stay at this hotel throughout our vaction in Jakarta. Rooms were great love the spacious space. Excellent amenities. Our rooms were just excellent. Love the 60 inches tv with great programs especially the movies. Nothing can beat this tv..i felt the 32inches tv on the hotel i am ataying now is too small and is not enjoyable and fun anymore. Intercontinental offers Great in room dining service with excellent foods. Love the hotel scents lovely. Adequate mini bar and the hotel provided us with extra complimentary bottle water daily. House keeping were at their best. 5 star service. Excellent hotel pools located at 8th floor. Hotel security is great. We happened to experience 'fire drill' on our 4th day stayed at the hotel. Intercontinental hotel is attached to Pondok Indah Mall 2. Branded goods and chain retail outlets like Zara MANGO Marks and Spencers Guess to name few are located inside this Mall. Starbucks & Coffee bean and Tealeaf as well. Enough said. Excellent Hotel, Excellent Room, Excellent Staffs Excellent Locaton 5 Stars.

Great location. In Jakarta, you need to choose locations related to morning and evening traffic direction. This location suits me well because of my daily traveling direction opposite the traffic jam.

Great choice for stay
One of the best stays in Jakarta. Clean rooms and kind staff. I also liked breakfast so much. It is connected to Pondok Indah shopping mall which is a plus for me. I stayed here for business but there was a bit of diatance to get to clients. Maybe not a business area? I am not sure and it wasn't a serious issue at all to me
