The hotel was a bit dated and older but it was nice and spacious. When we checked into our room, we found that the fridge hasnt been cleaned as it still contained opened water bottle from the previous stay and we had to notify staff.

Reception and check in service was great, they readily accommodate a room with a bath tub when we ask for one and swop our room with a sea view. Housekeeping was friendly and check with us if we want housekeeping. Room is spacious. locarion is convenient.

Property is in convenient location. There is 24hr mart nearby. Easy to go around the city centre. However, our room experience with junior suite ocean view is very normal. Room amenities is very minimal. Small tv in the bedroom. Slightly bigger in the living room. Very small fridge enough to store a few drinks. Parking space were limited. One of the day we had to park outside the property due to full space and were quite a long walk for senior. If you have more money I’d recommend staying either the smaller room or somewhere else.

What I really loved about this hotel was the hospitality of the staff. They are extremely eager to help you out with every need you have and do their best to address any concerns you have. The hotel is also right beside the sea so it is extremely nice to take a stroll at night while also grabbing something to eat since you can easily find more than 4 convenience stalls around the area, including Macdonald's if you are looking for supper! It is quite a distance by walking from Dongmun Market but still not too bad! However, laundry service by the hotel is quite expensive. Would advise anyone who wants to do laundry to use the nearby coin laundry (about 10mins walk from the hotel). The hotel also provides all essential bathroom amenities except a toothbrush set so do bring your own one/ pay the hotel to get a toothbrush set!

Located along the seafront and close to seafood restaurants and cafe. We arrived early and staff was kind enough to give us one room first as the other 2 rooms on the same floor were not ready. Breakfast was not provided in our package but we were each given discount coupon for Illy takeaway coffee at the lobby entrance. Croissants and pastry available for takeaway too if you prefer simple and light breakfast.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The room was spacious, a corner suite with ocean view. It was the perfect location for getting around by foot and bus. The breakfast buffet was good, and not expensive - 15000 won, approx $15Cdn. The fit and finish is aging: A vent panel came loose and dropped onto the floor; the staff had it fixed within 10 minutes. As with many places in Korea, access for people with mobility challenges and equipment is abysmal, and the ergonomics are terrible. raised lips at entrances, adjoining sidewalks and forecourts that are mismatched for height, few lowered sidewalk ramps, fixed tripping hazards on the sidewalks are EVERYWHERE.

Comfortable stay. Free parking available on site in the basement carpark. Plenty of spaces during our stay and spacious enough for a Kia Carnival. Front desk staff, Ji Hong Kim, was particularly helpful. He assisted us with resolving an issue that we had with our car and baby seat hire provider and with arranging taxis on our departure. Thank you.

The property is located near the water front, in a quieter part of Jeju City. It is close to restaurants and convenience stores and has onsite amenities such as a pub and an outdoor pool. The rooms are a good size and the bathrooms were clean. Overall, I appreciated the location and the rooms. There was a ceiling leak in the hallway the night of our arrival but we were not informed of the repair process that began early in the morning and woke us up. Upon checkout, the front desk staff did not seem to want to help us when the taxis in the front drive did not want to accommodate my family. It was awkward and we ended up just using KakaoTaxi instead.
