This is a great place to stay it is western standards hotel the only difference you will notice as with most asian hotels the bed is much too firm

I loved the breakfast buffet. I did not like how hot the room was. I was unable to lower the temperature at night which was very uncomfortable.

This is a great hotel with large rooms so that there is no problem opening the suitcases and getting comfortable. I asked for a higher room floor so the view was lovely. Try the 22nd floor cafe for the views. The surrounding area is typical of a cityscape - shops, food and more shops. There is a highend Duty Free shopping arcade attached to the hotel, selling perfumes, handbags and cosmetics but not much else. Dream Tower is a short walk away. Enjoyable. Will stay again.

We are a family of 6 with 6 big luggage & 3 small hand carry luggage. No bell boys to unload luggage from car & to bring up to lobby. We had to struggle while my hubby went to park the car. When I asked for the luggage trolley so I can organize the big luggage & stack the small ones on top, I was told there was no luggage trolley. This is bad as helping with luggage is like a basic service a hotel ought to have. It was only when we struggled to get ALL luggage to Level 6 (check-in), then I saw 1 luggage trolley. So this is rather disappointing for me.

Our room was a bit warm. Apparantely, with it being winter time, the air conditioning does not come on. However, the staff brought us a fan and it was much better.

Great family trip!
Shared the room with my aunt and both of us were satisfied. Ample parking space in the basement made it a breeze to keep our rented car. Room was clean overall and we had a great view facing the airport — saw all the planes taking off and landing, which was a unique experience! Surprisingly the vicinity to the airport did not cause any noise related discomfort. Sound proofing between rooms, though, was a little inadequate – I could hear the chitchats from next door in the middle of the night. No complaints though personally, I’m a sound sleeper.

Decent 4 star experience
Good - 1) amazing views facing the sea and airport, 2) very comfortable bed, 3) good location in same building as duty free and a short walking distance 400m to the main shopping street. 4) English speaking staff, 5) spacious and well equipped room. Bad - 1) can hear the sound of airplanes throughout the night. 2) Bedside charging socket gives off a constant beep sound when you are charging your appliances. 3) limited machines and weights at the gym, 4) lampshade badly stained which looks really gross.

The customer service was top notch. The hotel staff made hand drew a map of all the restaurants around the hotel, in English and Korea. I thought that was very thoughtful.

Pros: - We checked in in a mountain view Deluxe but was surprised with the partial view of the mountain, barely visible from the corner of the room. The aircon was not able to catch up with the direct heat of the afternoon sun so we asked to be transferred. Thankfully they moved us to a much cooler room with a better view of Mt Hallasan. - Perhaps the fastest room service we've ever experienced. Everytime we requested for something, the staff came knocking at our door in no time. - Size of the room was more than enough for 2 people, got a nice chair and coffee table beside the glass window to chill from - Great hotel location, lots of convenience stores and coffee shops nearby Cons: - We're particulary not happy during check-in. We arrived at around 12pm given there is only one direct flight from Singapore. We requested for early check-in but the frontdesk refused right away telling us they have strick policy without even checking for any available rooms like other hotels do. - We left our luggages to the front desk for safekeeping so we can head out and come back at 3pm. Since the pool is located in the same floor, we sat down on one of the outdoor sofas and while taking photos with the gorgeous sea view as backdrop, one of the (middle-aged female) staff gestured to back away and told us it's not allowed. - Lastly, the internet speed in the room was very slow and unsecured. I did a speed test and the download speed was only 7Mbps

Upon entering the hotel lobby, no one greets you. The security or greeter just stands by the podium and stares at you as you struggle through the heavy glass doors. Check in was quite easy-no fuss there. The receptionist was able to accommodate my early check in and it could be due to my previous stays with the facility. Two major things that need improvement- AC and WIFI. The room is relatively comfortable in size but can get stuffy. Played around with the thermostat but no matter what I did, I could not bring down the temperature past 24-23.5 Celsius. I wouldn’t mention this but the room was equipped with a heavy down comforter and I’m someone who needs to sleep with my blanket. Secondly, the hotel brand markets this facility as a “business hotel” but the internet was barely existent. The speed was comparable to my stay in Zimbabwe where it’s understandable to have such low speed. Not in Korea! If you look up the history of WIFI, this is an embarrassment to the country. The tech came up and swapped the router but nothing changed. All of my meetings had to be rescheduled since the connection was painful to deal with. Upon asking the tech, he informed me that it was “normal” for the internet to be slow. Questionable….

Overall good stay. Easy to go back to airport by taxi. Use Uber here. Some taxi drivers are dodgy and take u around the block when this hotel is really easy to get too

Great location but outdated room
Hotel exterior and interior looks great but I cannot say the same for the outdated rooms. Booked the Deluxe Family Twin Room for 3 person with Ocean View and to be honest, a tad small. Free parking offered. There is only half shower screen installed and the bathoom often gets wet. Great location with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. You have to pay KRW 12,000 to visit the pool. Given such a big hotel, only 2 x washer and 2 x dryer in laundry room. Will explore another hotel should we visit Jeju again.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Lots to eat within walking distance. The suites have a great view of the city. Pool, hot tub, sauna and terrace was worth it and the offers a fantastic view of the ocean. Mobile check out was amazing and convenient.

The front desk staff was excellent. They were always willing to answer our questions and helped us find shopping and food. It would have been a bit nicer if they had bellhops to assist with luggage. Housekeeping did a great job. We often witnessed them cleaning the common areas in addition to rooms.
