It was very tiny room w/ smelly & spooky looking bathroom inside room. Futon was not futon but very thin pad barely any space or table next to bed so i put all my stuffs on the floor.

Cute guesthouse!
Great location, friendly staff, with basic amenities in a cute room. The only downside was that the mattress was a little hard and uncomfortable.

Really worth staying here:clean, quiet, beautiful
I highly recommend this place. It was clean, super quiet, traditionally decorated which I loved. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and I appreciated their welcoming tea, breakfast and also they offered free beverage each day. Hanok Village was right there, so I was able to enjoy walking around this beautiful neighborhood. I stayed in Space 4 and the only thing I would suggest is to stay in other rooms with a real bed. Space 4 had a thick mattress (not a Western mattress) and that was too stiff for me. Otherwise, my stay overall was excellent and I would stay here again if I visit Jenju again!

Cozy, nice staff, great location
I was looking for a compromise between a hotel and a hanok guesthouse. This fit the bill for us, but it won't be for everyone. I knew when booking our room would be cozy, and we were only there for 2 nights. Do your research if you require a large room, which is avaiable at this guesthouse. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was simple, but good. If you are like us and in Jeonju for the food, a simple breakfast was all you wanted anyway. The location was right on the edge of the hanok village. Perfect for us. It was also within walking distance of a few other sites and catching a bus nearby was also easy. I would stay again.

Place was special that it was above a very cute gallery cafe, place was clean, spot was away from the busy area to avoid noise but right by the tourist area to walk right over in few minutes. I had a very pleasant time! Will definitely go back! 💝

The design of the guesthouse, located in an Art gallery, is quite unique. The place is pleasant to stay and, last but not least, the host is extremely nice and full of attentions.

The location is great. Love the art space. Walls are thin echo chambers haha. Very basic accommodations in room. Definitely a place to crash and regroup during a trip to Jeonju. Don't the place, if you like to chill in your room for long periods.

The interior design is lovely. Very strategically located where all the attractions are within walking distance. The staff was ever so helpful and friendly. A bit difficult to find at first. The one futon room was small but has everything one need.

The hosts were extremely friendly and kind. They were very attentive and responsive to our questions, requests and needs. The ambience of the guesthouse is very pleasant as well and it was very cosy. The room was very comfortable with a very nice heated floor (for the cold weather) as well as the aircon. The cafe at the ground floor is also very nice place to chill. There is a water dispenser, kettle, microwave and refrigerator for guests to use. The guesthouse is also very accessible and conveniently located near the various attractions. It is just behind gyeonggijeon shrine and can be found easily. Highly recommended stay in jeonju and will definitely choose to be back again.

Quiet and comfortable accommodation right next to the hanok village. We were provided with free drink coupons that were redeemable at the downstairs cafe, which was lovely. The one minor issue was that there was no washing machine that guests could use.

Really nice place to stay
We really enjoyed staying here. The gallery space/cafe was such a nice space to sit and relax and have breakfast. The rooms were quirky which we loved. Our host was great too. We were welcomed with a refreshing iced tea and she was very helpful with everything we asked. Would definitely recommend Becky's and stay here again.

Unique experience!
It was a very unique experience to stay at Becky's Guesthouse which also doubles up as an art gallery and cafe! We stayed in Space 9 which was just on the ground floor. The room would be a little cramped if you have large suitcases but the unique structure of the room left us in awe. Becky's Guesthouse is also very conveniently located near to the Hanok village, just a couple of minutes' walk away.

Great environment. Lovely guest house located near historical site. Easy access to public buses and walkable distance to local market and shopping streets. Operator provides free simple breakfast and I really appreciate as it really boost my blood sugar in the morning. Will stay here again next time when visit Jeonju. By the way, operator plays good music throughout the day.

Great location, excellent staff & great food!
Located just behind the shrine. I went just as the typhoon was coming in so there's rain and wind but not to worry, Becky Guesthouse was in the vicinity of all the major sites and there's really good food in the area. Staff during my staff was See An and she was great! She went the extra mile to help book cabs from Guesthouse to the Train Station early in the morning. Excellent! (note to other guests: No elevator or bell hops. Will need to lug own luggage up the spiral staircase to the room.)

The property was cute and artsy and located close to the Hanok village that showed the traditional korean style homes back in previous centuries. The rooms all had separate bathrooms in them and they even give each person a complimentary drink voucher at the cafe/art studio downstairs. It was a cute experience with the rooms all set up in traditional korean style!

Nice guesthouse located near hanok village
The staff is really friendly and helpful, and there is even a free welcome drink. The guesthouse is also located within walking distance to the Jeonju Hanok Village, which is very convenient.

Sightseeing in Jeonju
This was our first time in Jeonju and we were traveling for fun and sightseeing. Becky's Guesthouse is located above a really interesting and artsy cafe. The manager was very nice when she showed us around and was happy to answer any questions. The location is perfect for Jeonju. Right next to the Hanok village and all the major sites. We never had to use transportation, but just walked around and saw everything on foot. My only word of caution is that the bed in our room is a futon. This is clear from the website, and we wanted the experience of a more traditional sleeping setup. However, it may be a bit firm for people used to beds. In addition, the shower and bathroom is one open area so it gets pretty wet when you use it. Overall we had a great time on our stay.

Nice accommodation. Seems new and clean. However, the service was cold and clinical , not the usual warm hospitality We were given free drink coupons redeemable at certain time. Realised that if we had redeemed it day one, we would have not drink during breakfast. Breakfast was just toasted bread with jam, v pathetic . Could do better

The local is great as it's right at Hanok Village and the cafe and room are nicely decorated with a nice welcome drink. But you have to lug your luggage up the stairs, there is no fridge in the room and the mattress is too firm. Otherwise, a nice place to stay.

Very good location, and the design of the guesthouse and the room are very unique. Our room was quite small. We booked the SPACE 9 room (the triple decked beds), and because it was in winter the upper beds were quite cold. Simple breakfast was provided. The lady at the reception spoke good English, which makes communication easy.

Staff is very friendly. Lobby is very nice as it's an art gallery, but the rooms are really tiny. Location is pretty good - near good restaurants and is at the hanok village. There's a free Welcome drink (from a selection of coffee, tea and other drinks) for guests too.

The room 03 is a bit small for couple who has big luggage. The sink in the bathroom was choked and the water was leaking onto the floor (in the bathroom). Other than these. Stay is quite comfy and the floorboard seems to be on fire (powerful heater).

Had a great stay at Becky guesthouse. The decorations around the cafe lobby was gorgeous. Complimentary drinks were provided and was given an upgrade to Room 6 as the room I booked was small. However, food cannot be consumed in the cafe and rooms before 10pm. Bath towels provided were also rather small, much like a hand towel instead. Location was quite good right in the hanok village and walking distance to all the food stores and places of interest.

First experience of Korean B&B, not used to sleeping on the floor on thin mattress-like material (not proper futon...hence not sure what to describe the bedding). Room is tiny, so one need to travel light. Need to climb up and down the stairs to get drinking water from the cafe (no kettles provided in the room). Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Small Guesthouse for Backpackers
The guesthouse is an art gallery/café as well. It is within a short walking distance away from the main Jeonju Hanok Village. However, the guesthouse may be more suitable for backpackers. There is only staff around in the day and check out timing is between 10 am to 10:30 am while breakfast is served only from 10am to 11am. This makes half of your day's schedule being locked down especially when you are required to check out. The room condition is ok. Only two pillows were provided instead of the usual 4 (but of cos this is a guesthouse not a hotel). We did not really like the toilet as it was a bit too dark (lack of lighting) and also the warm water was not very stable. This is perhaps not the best place to stay for couples.

We can see why there were some comments about the the noise level. However, because the guest house itself is unique and displays a gallery, all the guests were very well-mannered, and the stay was pleasant. The host is very welcoming and you can feel very welcomed. The location is perfect, in the center from the korean traditional village(한옥마을), and also within a walking distance(10~15 min walk) from the modern shopping district(객사).

Very nice accommodation and superb service!
We stayed one night at Becky Guest House and the experience was amazing. The lady at front desk greeted us warmly when we arrived and she was very helpful throughout our stay. Our rooms are very clean and the guest house is very cute. It was also very close to Hanbok village! I highly recommmend this place.

Beautiful place to rest and great atmosphere
I really love this place. I reserved space 1 and 5. We love the rooms! Exactly the same with the picture. The bed is really nice. The atmosphere is really nice. But we had difficulties in controling the aircon swing. It close to hanok village, hanbok rental, and restaurants. The staff was amazing. She is so helpful and nice. Thank you so much
