My partner and i absolutely loved this resort! The grounds are huge, very nice food and amazing staff. Our room was impeccable and we went during low season so the resort was empty. Poolside beds were such a vibe. Highly recommend for couples and families!

Great family friendly hotel situated right on the beach. Beautiful sunsets! Fab play park. Spacious rooms and lots of facilities. Lovely spa! We were placed quite a walk away from the lobby which was a slight challenge with a baby! But good access with lifts etc. Main pool was sadly closed for our visit. Very quiet during our stay.

My only complaint was that the hotel provided blow drier couldn’t be plugged into an electrical outlet in the bathroom. Nor would the outlet work at the desk/mirror or in the hallway at the mirror. The only electrical outlet that worked for the blow drier was the one beside the bed.

Beautiful property - The Club is well worth the money however they need to improve the efficiency of breakfast service to stop breakfast arriving cold. Staff are awesome.

Great hotel likely all inclusive resort. Outstanding customer service (bellman, front desk, restaurant, concierge). The only issue is that we had to call several times asking to clean the bathroom as the odor was unpleasant.

Our stay was wonderful, from the duplex room, to the extraordinarily friendly and pleasing staff to the wonderful facilities it was an unbeatable experience. It couldn't have been better, you never get a no for an answer! Breakfast was also magnificent, thanks to all the staff for making our stay an unforgettable one. We will surely stay here again when we go back to Bali.

We’ve stayed in many hotels, worldwide, but this is one of, if not the best. Firstly, the staff are amazing, welcoming and helpful at all times. Their smiles are genuine as they make you feel like nothing is too much for them. The hotel is clean, luxurious, spacious and perfectly arranged next to the beach. The amenities are exceptional and if there’s something you need but isn’t immediately available the staff will make sure you have it somehow! We don’t unusually stay at the same place more than once but we’re booking this hotel for next year. Highly recommended.

These people are just money hungry and would not refund a lot of money I was owed on an issue. Not happy at all was going to book another holiday but will never do that now. Terrible

While the Intercontinental Jimbaran is not the newest resort in the area, the resort had a recent renovation and is well maintained. The rooms are large and we'll appointed, the grounds are beautiful and the staff are attentive. Would stay here again

Big hotel for mass tourism. Oldish and outdated. The food is average. Restaurants and Spa are very expensive compared to other five stars hotels in Bali. The spa itself is not very nice. The massages are good, rather average. The rooms are oldish (especially sofas) but the bed is nice and comfortable and the bathrooms are nice. The beach is rather dirty and it seems to have lots of oil spills from the boats near by. Not really recommended for swimming. The grounds around the sea are nice for a walk in the evening. 20 min from the airport.

Such a wonderful stay. Every staff member was so incredibly kind and helpful. The grounds are stunning and immaculately maintained. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Very child friendly and lots of lovely little touches to make them feel welcome. We will definitely be back for another family holiday

The resort and staff are delightful and would definitely consider coming back. It’s huge with lots of space for walks and enjoyment of multiple pools and dining facilities, with a well stocked gym and a great spa area. The reasons for not giving it a five star- 1. Woken up at 3 am with loud noise from team setting up for event at their conference centre - avoid rooms in building 1 if possible as I firmly believe this is not a one off. 2. While they pre warned about electrical shutdown during day, they shut down also in early hours at exactly 2.30am 3. Witnessed guests of hotel residents swimming in soiled clothes and no staff asking them to stop 4. Guest was fishing in the pond and no challenge from staff- had to point this to reception myself. Fish was caught on the hook and another guest had to unhook and return to pond. General staff apathy and poor staffing levels by pool area. While issue with guests, hotel can be more vigilant and not scared of challenging poor behaviour

It’s a huge property! Very beautifully appointed. Staff is very attentive, personable and efficient. Our breakfast buffet was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the Italian restaurant and came back for the Sunday Brunch with live music! The Sunset Bar and Grill was beautiful at night and offered live music. I especially enjoyed my hamburger that night. We can back another night with family. I missed out on the dancers on all you can eat fish night. I hope that your special nights like that are much more advertised. We almost missed out on the Spa! A beautiful environment with areas that are free to visit and use. Luckily we were stopped at the beach and were told about the spa and lounge areas. Lunch can also be ordered at the Spa! We did have a massage that was a wonderful ending to our trip to Bali! Very much recommended!

Club pool no control over children
Club pool had screaming children in it and had to complain to management who did nothing. Intercontinental Dubai club specifically states no children in pool but Bali state that they don’t publish their policy which is very misleading. Spoilt what was a nice trip.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Great staff who were so helpful and respectful. Our room was nice and bed was very comfortable. There was a rather damp smell in the room though which was a shame. Towels were a bit old and not very white.. Would have been nice to have some milk to go with the tea and coffee. Overall a good hotel with great breakfast.
