Do not stay in this hotel ever.
Extremely dirty, disgusting and lousy place to stay. No tissue, toilet rolls, shampoo or anything soap. Seems like a place for fugitive to stay. Have already reviewed on google, check out the photos and video there yourself.

not agreed the hotel admin photocopy the client's IC without asking permission. Usually, hotel admin will just record the IC number without photocopy.

Worst & terrible Apartment
Booked Non smoking room, but get a smoking room with super disgusting smoke smell. Arranged at Room A31 , the worst thing is upper tenant make so many voice during midnight like moving furniture all that. Make us can't sleep well. Nothing in the house even fridge also don't have. Though was family room should have basic furniture. Super disappointed with this apartment. Never ever come back again

Worst Homestay Experience Ever.Very Dirty And Dusty.Worst still was inform to pay rm50 if wish to use fridge in apt.Then they forgot the wifi pw and later was given pw which was only accessable to 1rm.Hall didnt have tv and hall light blew halfway in the night.When we cameback aft dinner found 1 door locked with our belongs and later an indian guy came accusing us of using that room which we didnt even know we were not allowed to use it.N best part is this was the same guy who came n ask us to pay rm50 for using fridge and check wifi during apt checkin.Really shady place to stay!

Year End 2017 Worst Holiday
Hi, this will be a super long furastated feedback, the room which was given to me by D'Carlton A32-02A was a rundown room not as been posted in hotels.com, the list as follows: main door cannot open, living hall and one bedroom no aircon, shower unit poorly maintain, no toilet roll, living hall no tv, it was a nightmare. Upon check in, the person at the reception counter does not speak english, need a translator over the phone to do translation, i try to settle with hotel management to see whether can i cancel the remaining 3 nights, end up they propose me to pay additional RM$500 to stay at their showroom unit which i say this is not acceptable, which earlier i paid SGD 339.11 for a rundown room. I have called 2 times to hotels.com customer service...end up i am been push around with no resolution, your customer service did called to D'Carlton, resolution is they will send their technician to repair, which i say this is ridulous, i paid to enjoy my holiday, not at the mercy of hotel staff doing their repair work...all in all the money i paid out is the WORST holiday!!!!

Hi Steven, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant things happened at the same time which has disappointing you. As mentioned in the online booking, check in time is limited up to 7pm as we do not have 24/7 front desk. However we will still have special arrangement for late check in guest. All rooms supposed to have complete set of toiletries, for the missing toilet rolls I will check with the cleaners on this. Thanks for the feedback. We believe we are having the same practice with the rest of hotel or homestay, since we have reserved the rooms for our guests we are not able to refund back the payment as this is against the policy. That's where we suggest to our guest to upgrade their rooms for a more deluxe stay if they wish to. Our three bedroom is actually 2 Rooms (with aircorn) + Free 1 room (with fan) but unfortunately there are no rooms for us to further describe in the online booking website. However, we sincerely apologize for upset you but thanks for your feedback so that we can enhance our services.

booked 3 rooms needed to pay extra charges for wifi.bought wifi for 2 rooms 1 room working while the other room does not have wifi. key could be used to open other rooms that i did not book.overall okayish experience

A place to sleep at night.
It’s a condo home stay. The TV is not working properly, but luckily there is WIFI available at a price. No house phone in the apartment, the toilet door is unable to lock. The water heater water pressure is not strong. No house keeping. Luckily it’s just a night stay to sleep.
