Unable to shower due to doing repairing at night time and didn’t provide any notification for us . I feel very disappointed when I first time stay at this hotel .

The suite that was not
The bed was made and the room is clean. Bedsheet has stained and the water pressure was low. The two soap dispenser was not labelled so could not tell which is body foam and shampoo. The suite was not a suite.

Basic necessities provided, clean bedding and wi-fi connection is strong. Room sound-proofing weren't the best and 1 light was spoil but it was an decent, simple hotel for a night.

A nice small hotel
Have stayed here many times.They also have a very nice suite with private jacuzzi for about $100 which my son enjoyed😀 .And its very nearby jusco tebrau.Alot of food n shops n pubs walking distance😊

I check out late by one minute and they charged me. I’ve supposed to check out by 1pm but I was a little late by 1.01pm and they overcharged me. Come on guys, be a little considerate, I was in a rush that time, and it’s only one minute.

Disgusting hotel
Horrible. Room cleaness was awful. Bed sheet and pillow with stains. Tower dirty (black) and smells horrible like never wash before worse than my bathroom mat. One Service counter Malay girl was very rude not even care to direct us where the lift was. Car parked outside the premise got parking ticket also which they didn't mentioned that we need to put car park ticket during checkin. Worse of the worse hotel I ever stayed.

Bed not so clean but can accept, receptionist ask me to email voucher to them, I have no idea what to email...I keep ask the receptionist then I only know, she want me to email the hotel.com send me the confirmation booking email, want me to forward email to her...
