Everything about the room was great! Spacious, clean and even has a clean mini fridge. The amenities were subpar at best - gym, hot spring. Gym was limited in equipment and lighting was super dim - located within the Apartments/Condo instead of the Hotel itself. Hot Spring was a bit stinky to be honest. Staff were alright, just that they were a bit shorthanded so when we called from the rooms a couple times (even during non-peak like 9pm) no one picked up. When we asked for directions to the gym the staff kept directing us to the hot spring (2 completely different things and places)... Didn't try the food there. Location is great - I like it because it's near enough to the malls (all 20 min and below by Grab) but sufficient private and quiet from the hustle and bustle. Would stay here again. I feel that the room and ambience is better than the KSL hotel attached to KSL mall. Was better than Atel**r and Tr*ve as well.

Comfortable enough stay for one night
The towels and bedsheets were not properly washed. The rooms themselves were not cleaned properly and they seemed ill-maintained. Had to request for room slippers. No bathrobes and hand towels. The breakfast of nasi lemak was yummy. Overall, it was a comfortable enough stay for 1 night.

Hotel is good for 1 night stay. Relatively unsafe because security isnt tight. No carpark gantry operated and lift to rooms are free easy access. I was being charged for early check in when i only ASK. Lack of bathroom amentites but ok for really a 3 star hotel. Could be better if security system are in place

Room was fine. But service is bad. The safe box in the room was not working and I had called the staff 4 times but still nobody was sent to fix the safe box. The water in the hot spring is just warm and not hot. There are 3 pools but only 1 is warm and the rest are just normal pools. The hotel is understaffed. The hotel location is quite isolated. Nothing near the hotel.

First entered the room and this what I saw: bins in the room were not emptied. The mini fridge was turned off and door was left open with a towel in it. Facility is starting to show its age.

Nice hotel with big room & very comfortable bed. Would be nice to have a bath tub. Hotel have a Hot Spring Spa, but only open for 2 hours from 8 - 10 pm. There are 3 pools but only 1 with hot spring (but not hot enough to truly enjoy it). Breakfast spread is good but the fried mee is too soggy (lousy cook?)

We chose the hotel by mistake. I thought I booked the one at KSL City Mall but was informed that I booked another KSL hotel. The hotel is not located in the downtown area and is quieter. Since I was driving, it was not too far away to find the hotel. The hotel is located in a residential area. It is not a fancy hotel but it has the basics you need. Don't be fooled by the name, it is not really a resort. You share the facilities with residents in the condos. It is more like a business hotel for a short stay. It is pretty new and has the basic things you need. It is worth the money you pay.

Only if you want to try the hotsprings bath
Check in staff was friendly. But after going into the room found rubbish near the curtains, room was super hot as it seemed like there was nobody using the room for a long time and when I used the showers it flooded as they did not clear the drain properly and it clogged. Called the receiption line but staff wasn't as friendly and took about 30 mins before a maintenance staff came. But the maintenance staff was friendly and cleaned the clog and cleaned up the flood. They only provide breakfast so lunch and dinner have to either grabfood or go out to eat as there is no nearby places to eat..

Room condition excellent , check in was rather slow as compared to other hotel , WiFi was bad as most time can't connect . Free parking. Need to drive out to eat or shop . Breakfast was just average . Coffee was not nice , better to bring your own coffee .

Check-in process was smooth, Spacious room but cleanliness need to be improved, bed linen has smell, not sure if it's fresh set. Previous occupants brought durian and there is smell from the Fridge, although this is not the hotel's fault but this room should not be assigned until the smell is cleared. Hot spring open from 5pm during weekdays which means no hot spring available if staying over during weekdays and wish to visit in the morning. Requested for late check-out at 1pm and got rejected for the reason due to sch holiday but we saw plenty of vacant rooms.

I had booked 2 rooms for a night. 1 room had a leaking faucet. A replacement room was provided eventually but the replacement room was not cleaned properly as a used cotton bud was found in the bathtub. The rooms and corridor are very dark.

The Hot spring was closed for maintainenece during our stay and there was no updates given on their website. We were only informed on arrival. Should we have known that, we prolly would not book it.
