It was ok clean but the TV didn’t work and there was no hairdryer. Someone in the room next to us was smoking in their room because the smell was coming through the vents. I am so not a picky person but won’t be back to this hotel.

Booked this room for my sister in law as the hotel we booked was sold out...She ended up staying with us anyways and I was out the money for the room because the hotel room was so gross. Cigarette and dirt everywhere.

The room was clean but the entrace to the motel requires more lights. I have had difficulty to find the entrance to the motel late in the evenings.

Easy access on the main highway in Napanee, very clean with a beautiful bathroom, only issue we had was it was very hot in the room and didn't know where the temperature gauge was

Expedia charged me $167 for this double bed room. It was worth about maybe $50 to $60 at the most. Baseboards dirty. Room smelt musty and mouldy. No hot water is shower and then discovered the hot and cold water had been switched (this is a safety issue as I could have scalded myself if I had turned on the cold water tap first). Supposed to have a “continental breakfast” for this place but the bagels were hard and dry, the pod coffee was lukewarm. I want some of my money refunded please. I would never go back here again. Expedia ripped me off big time!

Very expensive and duct tape all over from door that didn’t lock properly and bathroom door broken. Staff tried to say it wasn’t like that.

In Much need of renovation! Beds terrible! Bathroom door yucky! Air conditioning so cold, felt like we were camping! No way of adjusting! Even closed vent! Been trying to try smaller motels lately to give them business but after this one, probably not!

It had a USB power outlet in one of the sockets! That's a big plus for me. Newly remodelled bathroom was nice. Room was small but fine.

Was there on business. A bit too expensive for the area, but apart from that, no problems. The beds were comfortable, great shower, no complaints apart from the price. Friendly people. Microwave, fridge that worked very well.

Tiny practical motel
Change pillows they were hard like piece of wood and vacum under bed its a must do. lower the rate a little for the size and quality and it was great for a fast one night stay. Clean and comfortable, tiny but practical.

Inexpensive, basic rooms
I was looking for an inexpensive room to spend a night in. This is a basic room with tv, microwave, fridge, air conditioned and wifi. Close to amenities Bed was comfortable, mattress was firm, not saggy at all. Room was clean, has a basic washroom with a shower. Water pressure was good. Owners were helpful for finding a good place to eat dinner. They lent us a fan, (Wife and I like our rooms cold). If your looking for a room without any frills, this is a decent place to stay

Very friendly owner. It was fairly clean but very small. Overall we needed a bed for the night and didn’t spend too much time in the room so it met our needs. Great continental breakfast which we hadn’t expected. We would stay there again..

Our stay was HORRIBLE. Free wifi was supposed to be included and no password was given to us, got in our room (which the door looked broken into) to freezing temperatures, a tv that didn’t work ( we had to request a new cable box that was then left hanging off the side off the tv to teach the outlet) , and hair dryer ripped off the wall in the washroom. Not sure what they want 100 dollars for? We were supposed to get continental breakfast which is clearly included in my purchase from 6AM and the door was locked until even after we left at 7-730AM . Windows were smashed in and broken on the room next door. Shower wasn’t properly cleaned. Overall disgusting experience and place - I don’t know how they are running still. I will be finding out how to contact someone for part or all of my payment refunded. What an absolute joke. Worst motel experience of my life !!!!!

Our room was quite small as well as the bathroom having only a shower and no tub. However it was clean and if we had any problems ie. no hot water, coffee maker, they were willing to fix/accommodate. The beds were comfy and there was no noise issue. Stayed a week and overall was a pleasant place to stay.

Way overpriced for what we actually got.. thought it was $99 ended up being $148. Room was only big enough for the bed, and it wasnt even a queen size. Bathroom was nice. The gentleman at front office was nice.

I was only one person but was placed into a room with three double beds- it was a family suite. thus over charged for what I needed. My first booking which I had for four days got cancelled on the day that I needed it and therefore I had to take this booking.

Quiet motel close to town
Quiet, convenient motel. We stayed 3 nights and appreciated the amenities available. It meant we didn't have to eat out at all. Staff were excellent and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
