"This was a very pleasant way to handle a late-night arrival at SeaTac. The front desk gave me very helpful, simple directions to get me to the courtesy-shuttle pick up area, and the shuttle was prompt, comfortable, and convenient. The whole process was zero-stress, and the room was clean and comfortable overnight. I couldn't be happier, and I will definitely book again on my next trip. I certainly would recommend making a reservation; the hotel was full and they were turning away walk-ins the night I arrived."

"We only have good things to say about the Crowne Plaza Seattle Downtown. The front desk staff was amazing. Hotels.com completely screwed up and did not actually confirm our reservation and reached out to the hotel once and never followed through. If not for the hotel staff, we would have had to go somewhere else. But their dedication to researching what happened (because I had confirmation emails from Hotels.com) and compassion for our dilemma insured that our stress was short lived. They not only made sure we got a room for the price we were quoted but they upgraded us to the best suite in the hotel at no extra charge. We will absolutely stay there again, but will be booking directly through them and not Hotels.com. Especially because there was no way to get help from Hotels.com other than a bot chat which had us going around in circles. "
