Staff was really helpful and nice. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good, plenty to choose from. The hotel was within walking distance of subway and bus stops, plenty of shopping and other restaurants within walking distance.

Facilities are dated. You can smell bleach. Bed was so hard. There was no hand soap in our room. We tried the breakfast. It was not worth it.

Overall the hotel rooms and facilities really need a big upgrade. Eg. The TV is old and not clear and bright. Toilet does not comes w a bidet for washing. The air-conditioning is noisy.

the location is good, close to MTR, bus station. But the room is too small, the bed is too small. While we were staying , the hotel was under renovation, starting 9am daily. However, it didn't mention or let us aware this issue in the web site when we booked the hotel. Even the staff didn't tell us when we checked in, only we were told until we asked about the noise.

Hotel is dated and currently being remodeled. Some street noise. My room was clean, firm bed, and in a fantastic location in TST, 5 minutes from the train, 5 minutes from Kowloon park, and 15 minutes from star ferry harbor. I had a good stay.

They had building renovations with noisy jack hammering all day for 22 days out of our 24 days stay in this hotel. We had to change rooms three time during our stay due to shower head not working properly, the jack hammering noice right on top of our suite room, and the safe lock out from running out of power. Some of the bedding sheets are old & dirty. Some shower towels are old & worn out. We had pay for a premium room, but when we request to swift to another room due to the noice and shower plumbing problem, they gave us a standard room instead because they do not have another premium room for us.

This street feel like a Korean town street. There are lots of Korean restaurants around this hotel, laundry shops. Walkable distance to shoppings on Nathan road. I would definitely come back if I return to Hong Kong

The Kimberley is located just minutes from public transportations, made it easy to get to just about all areas of the city. Excellent hotel staff, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Restaurants to eat at within the hotel and many more within short walking distance. If you like shopping, you’ll love the location of the hotel. Highly recommended when staying in Hong Kong.

I think the hotel offers good value for money for the budget conscious traveler. The rooms are big and customer service was great. It is an old hotel so one must manage expectations. The hotel's free Wifi does not work. However, I think most travelers just use pocket Wifi and/or their own data.

Convenient for eateries and bars etc . The whole hotel need refurbishment . The first room they gave me was noisy and dirty . No breakfast included and no lounge / bar area . If they hadn’t given me a room on the 20th floor I would have left . Reception desk staff very rude and unhelpful . I doubt I will stay again .

Stayed at the Kimberley in previous years but the room is now showing its age and quite dirty. Looked like someone had been sick on the carpet by the bed and not cleaned properly. For the price you can get better options in the area.

The staff are very friendly and the lobby is nice. The location is fantastic! The cleanliness is not up to par and it would benefit from a refurbishment or at least changing the stained carpets in the rooms and common areas!

The property is a bit old and the room is not of a good condition. A lot of alliances were not working. For instance, all sockets outlets, but one had no power.

Location is perfect for us, many spots to buy food, supplies and shopping. 15 mins walk to Jordan, 20 mins to YauMatei, 25 mins to Mongkok, 30 mins to Prince Edward market. Only issue is the wifi, it's fast but it disconnects every 10 mins or so.
