We stayed in the lighthouse room pictured in the first photo and it truly looked like the photos! Bed was very comfy and amenities were nice. Front desk staff was helpful at check in and provided tips for how to travel to Railay beach. We tried to get more tips when we checked out, but the front desk person at that time spoke virtually no English. We did laundry at the hotel, which was an easy service. The hotel is right next to a really cool night market. As there are in many places in this region, there were a decent amount of tiny ants in the hotel room, which is kind of unavoidable. They didn't bother us.

DO NOT STAY HERE
It was absolutely horrible. The hostest was lovely however: 1) we got there 20 minutes after check in and our room was not ready 2) we booked a “double bed” and we got a BUNK BED when we confronted them about this they said that a bunk bed IS a double bed because it sleeps two people!!!! 3) THERE WERE ANTS EVERYWHERE. We went to brush our teeth and realized that our bedroom and bathroom floors were COVERED IN TINY ANTS. 4) online it said “airport transportation” and when we went to tell them when our flight was they said that they don’t run their airport shuttle in August... WHAT? Why? Total lie. So that was another thing we then had to pay for. We have stayed in hostels our entire trip and went to “treat ourselves” to a hotel and it was a horrendous experience. Do not do not book here. Terrance and lobby are very cute and lovely staff, but HORRIBLE HOTEL. Horrible

Great location near night market, comfort & value
Very friendly and helpful staff, made check and stay quite nice. Very convenient location as the river, night market, and other attractions are close by. The rooms are very good for the price, both in design and in cleanliness and comfort. The only downside was having no elevator but I knew this going in and they were helpful in locating both rooms on the 2nd floor. They helped arrange a taxi as well - the staff definitely increased the comfort of this stay.

I think that before we have too high expectations about Just Fine Krabi, we need to remember that it is a 3 stars hotel. Hence we should not have too high expectations. Pros - Staff is really helpful - Location is great: Near to the pier, bus stops and good food around the place. - Near to the weekend market as well - Very quiet if you are looking for a really chill place - No hard sellling Cons - Each rooms appears to be different in painting and the layout. You can't choose so oh wellz. - Once again because it is a 3 star hotel, there is bound to have insects flying around. (Not many maybe just 3-5 max)

Very basic amenities in the hotel room, there were ants crawling in different parts of the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prime location of hotel where the Krabi walking street and fruit market are just 3 minutes walk away.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly, the views were nice. Hotel is located next to a lovely night market. Be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs since there is no elevator.

Convenient hotel in downtown Krabi.
We stayed here for two nights and loved our stay. The hotel is very near to Krabi downtown (just a minute walk) and also to the fruit market. From the hotel it is also very convenient to take long boats to Ao Nang and Railey Beach. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us in planning our single day itinerary.

The staff were very nice, but the room we were given was terrible. The bed was so hard you might as well slept on the floor. The room is very old dated. The room stinks and we checked out within checking in an hour as we couldn’t stay there.

Cosy Hotel close to riverside and Night market
I just spend a night stay to catch my flight on the next day. It's a cozy hotel with clean room, nice staff. However, it's a basic hotel without lifts, so if you a lot suitcase might not suitable or request stay on lower floor.

Very clean small hotel with gracious staff. Location is in the heart of Krabi, between the Wat and the river. Note: no elevator. Slow Wifi was typical of Wifi throughout Southern Thailand.

Well kept rooms in a prime spot to explore Krabi
Great rooms. Clean and well air conditioned. You are next door to a fun fruit market and bustling weekly market. It's also a quick walk from ferries to the islands.

Perfect for one night
Good basic, budget hotel, close to markets. They have several tables on he main floor that allow you to eat what you pick up at the markets in comfort. The rooms are dated, but you’re not here to luxuriate.

Pleasant stay in Krabi
We really enjoyed our stay in this pleasant and friendly little hotel. The location is perfect for walks along the river and trips to any one of several markets in the area. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff was extremely helpful and efficient with arrangements for various activities. They even gave us a bag of treats on Christmas Day. A great value!

Note: Krabi town is FAR from Krabi. We checked into 2 rooms for a 3 night stay. Check in was great - staff friendly, big spacious rooms. However, one room had TERRIBLE smell of sewage. Checked in late so had to stay there first night - staff promised to fix next day. Next day all they did was leave the patio door to the room open to fresh air. Smell terrible - hotel only has 11 rooms so couldn't change until our last night. NOT GOOD! Also - although rooms very spacious - linens need updating, Towels and sheets threadbare and stained. Need to do some maintenance on this hotel. Breakfast ok but very limited. Toast and eggs, bland cereal or nothing. Hotel basically run by a bunch of young girls who try hard but it doesn't cut it. Would NOT stay there again.

Hotel staff is very sweet and friendly and does their best to accommodate. But this hotel needs some help. 11 rooms total linens are old and tired. Towels been used way too many times. Pillowcases clean but stained. Breakfast offers choice of three different plates of eggs with toast and cereal but basically very limited. We had 2 rooms for 3 nights. One room had a terrible smell of sewage coming from the bathroom. They couldn’t fix it and couldn’t change rooms until the last night. The last day water shut off in morning while we were still in the bathroom. Can’t say I recommend this hotel. The staff tries hard but it just isn’t fine.

Amazing staff and nice room
Really great hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful! They helped us make arrangements for everywhere we needed to go. Breakfast was pretty good and cheap. They also had complimentary Thai desserts at the front desk all the time :)

The biggest problem is the hotel in on three floors with no lift! There are two lots of stairs to get to each floor. We were given a room on the top floor. There was no one to help with our heavy luggage. We had to ring the bell a few times to get someone to let us in. The staff were friendly and tried their best. Breakfast was good and adequate.
