Weird staff experience
I booked theee nights for a regular room, when I arrived, she seems puzzled I was there, put me on the top floor in a nice room. Then later that day, made a mistake and moved me to a smaller one downstairs. She woke me up two nights in a row at 11:50pm while I was clearly sleeping, banging on my door, saying I need to pay her more for this room because it’s A/C and I booked a fan room. I was confused as hotels upgrade people at no charge all the time. Very strange she would do that at almost midnight , two nights in a row. Inconsiderate and rude. The rooms are very very basic. Get what you pay for I guess.

海を臨める最上階を独り占め
時期やタイミングの問題かもしれませんが、シービュールームと他の部屋の差額がそんなになかったのでシービュールームにしました。これが大正解！他の部屋にはない海を臨めるバルコニーや他の部屋の何倍もある拡さ、そう、最上階を独り占め出来ちゃうんです！ホテルの方も大変親切で割引価格でツアーやピピ島へ渡るフェリーを手配してくれました。海も近い繁華街の真ん中なので何をするにも困りません！

Dem der sad i receptionen kunne ikke et ord engelsk og forstod ikke at vi havde booket gennem hotels.com og ikke booking.com Så vi var ved at blive trukket i gebyr (hvad der svarer til ikke at møde op). Det var nocet rod men vi fandt ud af det efter noget tid
