Nothing great to say about this property. Tried to check in at 14:30 and was informed that check in was at 15:00 so we would have to return in half hour which is fine because this is hotel policy. We returned at 15:30 and tried to find a parking spot for our car but was shouted at by parking attendant and pointed in a general direction towards and alleyway to park the car. Upon arriving at the reception to get our room key at 15:40 we were informed that it would be another 15 minute wait because there was a "technician" fixing something in our room. At 16:00 we were finally given a room key for our "pool access room with VIP treatment as per Expedia". We got to our room and found the cleaning staff quickly wiping things as we walked in. The room itself is decently appointed but for the most expensive price point it was nothing special. After the staff left we noticed long black hairs all over the floor, the private access pool has algae and mold around the edge and the paint was peeling off of the walls. You can find a $50 hotel nearby that's clean and way nicer at the KeeReen down the road. We paid $130 CAD or 3550baht for this room and got 2 star quality and service. I brought my concerns up at check in and submitted an internal review during my stay but got nothing back from management. Beware of these pics . It's a motel pretending to be a Marriott in my opinion
