The staff need more training in order to provide better service to the guests. I requested an international collect call to the operator in the hotel and I ended up paying for the call. It seems like the operator did not understand/know about collect calls, even though I explained it to her and the manager in charge. Furthermore, at the time of payment, the charge appeared three times in the receipt and I had to point out the error and have it removed to the person processing my check out bill.
