A decent room for single person to stay. I have stay for 3 nights. Hygiene and cleanliness are awesome. Location was meart to mrt and there shopping centre around. Staff was friendly and helpful.thumb up. They provide simple breakfast with bread and coffee. It will be great if they can include eggs inside the breakfast.

Small rooms. Somewhat noisy at times. Window in the toiled overlooked small alley where people kept talking. Not a very comfortable room. Hotel is very close to Kiara MYB trails

Wouldn't be back
Only name is nice. Room is too small, mattress condition is the worst that I ever sleep on. I decided to burn my money & check out after a shower and short rest that doesn't work :( To me it doesn't worth this price.

Ms TING SHIN LOOI, the room you stay in 204 is a queen room with window. The room size is written in expedia booking website so i don't understand "room too small". The mattress is pocket spring bed which is equivalent to high end hotel. Perhaps you mistaken with other hotel.

This hotel located in very conenient area. You can walk to TTDI station in 3min. You can visit 1 Utama Shopping Mall, Tesco, IKEA, Giza Mall in few stops from TTDI. Room is clean, staffs are very friendly and reasonable price . I think this is very good hotel to stay.

Great price n everything you need for a stay if you don’t spend too much time in the room as it’s a bit small but has all you need. Breakfast is really simple and should at least include some fruits or at least a type of fruit. Nothing at all

The hotel is actually a shared building with neighbouring offices so the security part was fairly good where you require a key card to access into the hotel levels but the elevators are slow. My room was a good size for 2 though the safe wasnt working at all, parking should have been free for guests staying at the hotel, check-in & out staffs were not very pleasant. My most surprise was that their breakfast was delicious for mi.! Malaysia is a wonderland when it comes to food so i wldnt usually dine at the hotel. Overall i give it 6/10.

Hi Yvonne, Regards to the safe box, we check & found out it is ok. Perhaps in future you could call up reception to rectified the problem. The elevators & parking space is beyond our control because it belong to Glomac building. As to our receptionist we will address this to my team. TQ

To get a better rates is to book a week earlier. As for amenities, next door there is few restaurant & Jaya Grocer supermarket. Just behind our hotel walk-in distant there is MRT to travel to One Utama, Curve or Bukit Bintang. TQ

Not a pleasant stay
Bring you won bath towels. Towels are yellow and dirty. Shower area does not have raised edge to keep out water from rest of toilet and does not have shower curtain water is all over the toilet.short The bed creaks and the mattress sags in the middle. Breakfast is pathetic. American Breakfast is 1 egg, 2 short sausages, a slice of tomato and a piece of lettuce. Coffee is diluted and juice is actually very diluted orange syrup. Saving grace was the staff at the front desk and housekeeping.

An average hotel
Agreed with some of the comments, the towel is not clean and smelly. A bit overpriced for this type of room and hotel. The floor that I stayed is shared with an office, on the right was office and the rooms just separated by a sliding door (need to use access card) on the left. My room is very close to the sliding door, if you are a light sleeper, you need to avoid staying near the access door as the sliding sound is quite loud. The breakfast is made to order type. They do not have complimentary parking and the parking rate is very high if you enter before 6pm. No proper directional signage leading to the parking and hotel. Parking at the basement and using elevator to go up to the hotel. It is not connected. Once you check in you need to take another separate elevator to go to your room, not connected as well.

Dear Mr Anonymous, we have change some to new towels but the other batch is yet to arrive from China. All queen room no window are next to sliding door. We have tune the door to slow down but the click sound when closing & opens is a mechanism which cannot be avoid. Since we are away from any noise pollution so it is very quiet. Therefore any noise it is very obvious. We take note on your comments & try to solve this issues. As for parking space, it is under building management. we try to work out some kind of concession but Glomac did not want to budge. The hotel signage to be placed in-front & back of hotel, we already submit our proposal to building management have yet to approve. This is shop lot hotel we cant have lift from parking to go to the rooms.

The walls are super thin. I can hear showers from upstairs and next door, entrance door open close, trolley outside and because the have kinda a adjustable sliding table, that too from the neighbours

A bit disappointed about the front office manager that on duty on 19th April, though the words are not meant to the customer but the harsh words toward his staff are not acceptable and far from professional. Everything else are excellent especially the house keeping staff at level 4, 5 & 6. Not forgetting the chef & all restaurant group, prompt & helpful.
