Everything is OK except the aircon in the room is too cold ! Especially in the shower room, it is almost unbearable to bathe inside !

FO & F&B team were all friendly, pleasant and helpful.
Hotel location is very accessible by train and taxi; the mall and ample restaurants of diverse cuisine selection were all right next door. They granted my request for a mid-high room with a view of the city and I had an excellent view of their New Year fireworks, plus they had a good band performing by the pool side on New Year's eve which I enjoyed listening to from my room.

Worst check-in experience in our past 8 hotel checkins. I booked 2 rooms and they could only find 1 because the other room was in my husband name. Took them half hour to figure this out n they kept asking me tge same questions. I had also booked 2 premier rooms and was told they didnt have them if it was interconnecting. So we took an upgrade and a downgrade. So after a total of 45mins waiting at reception, they said only 1 room clean n the other will be ready in 30mins. More than 2hrs later, the room still wasnt ready n they hadnt sent our luggage up!

- Dated hotel, not well maintained.
- Pay for car park, subsidize rate at RM5 per entry
- Twin premier room - book for 4 pax, realize its super single and not queen bed. Very squeezy, not comfortable to sleep on.

Great for shopping and eating. The hotel is relatively new and connected to mid valley megamall, which is also connected to the gardens shopping centre. The malls cater for both designer brands as well as more down to earth shopping. With so many good dining options we didn't need to leave the area at all. The hotel is also conveniently located with the city centre only a stone's throw away.

First time after newly renovated, comfortable, though central aircon always snuck into the room and it was a bit cold. Enjoyed the water dispenser on the floor level.

Very central location with good shopping, food and other services options.
Staff have opportunities for improvement esp on the front desk. But Zhafir is an outstanding staff, who takes ownership and responsibilities.
Room amenities are very basic but sufficient.

Stayed here years ago.....impression was not good....dirty carpet in room, shower room was not tidy, all impression was 3 or lower class hotel.
Nowadays is different. Trust the refurbishment work makes it good and great. Worth staying.

Check in was fast and staffs friendly. Room was abit outdated and not really fit 4 stars billing. Maybe 3 stars atmost. The carpet of the room is horrendous, the worst i ever seen. Dirty, bad marks, stains everywhere !! Why cant you buy a machine that can carpet clean. Very turn off. Breakfast was average, nothing fantastic. Connecting to mid valley megamall which is good.

The room was old, tired, dirty, The supplied condiments and toiletries was normal.Nothing special.
It was very noisy when some guests checked in at 2am!
It was very expensive at RM369 for such poor facility.

Boulevard is undergoing renovation. Can hear slight drilling sound if you stay at level 15. Mine was a connecting room and I could hear clearly when the occupier still the opposite room was talking over the phone, the sound of his tv. Sound proofing is pretty bad.

Was upgraded to a Studio room (room 1616) which was surprising and happy to hear that.
though was thankful for the upgrade, but the room wasnt that satisfying actually.
condition of the room is not good: dirty carpet, table top is sticky, tile on the side of bathtub is on the verge of falling out. drawer of the cabinet that keeps the kettle / cups / tea under the TV is spoilt too.
cleanliness of the bed is quite bad. when i pull out the blanket, there are hairs (very short & long) and dust on the bed which i have to try and dust them all off.
please do refurnish this room soon so that it will be in a better condition when people stay in.
