Reception and other service providers left us with a wonderful feeling. Their friendliness helps ease our hustle—especially their surprise for the birthday.
Overall, the place is clean, quiet, and very relaxing.

The room is a bit odd as we were given the attic, with no carpet on, and the bathroom shower part is not so clean in the valve-faucet part and the gutter probably clogged a bit as the water takes time to really sink into it.
The table is facing the window and no vanity area with table/consort table and mirror in the room itself and i have to stand in front of the long mirror next to our bed to do my facial regime and donning clothes. Room is big enough for such a set up. The wardrobe given is rather small and could be bigger.
The pungent urine smell as we go up the floor area especially at the G floor is perhaps something the whole maintenance need to check.

The rooms are in need of refurbishment, dated and very rundown. Menus at the restaurants are limited.

Very worn down resort. Buffet breakfast was mediocre, and at such high price during public holiday, it felt like rip off.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The weather was cool and the mountain air seemed fresh and healthy. If you like being with nature this place is highly recommended. We had the company of a family of monkeys inhabiting a tall tree whom we could see at eye level from our hotel room window on the 2nd floor. The room (1 b/r suite) was spacious and comfortable. Sufficient food options were available. Overall we had a very relaxing time.
We stayed two nights in the one bedroom suite and we enjoyed ourselves. It is very spacious and everything is still functioning except the elevator that has been down a few times but luckily we were on the first floor. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast buffet was also a big plus. Overall, it was a pleasant getaway for us to chill in the cold weather and soak in the unique architecture surrounded by amazing greenery. Grateful that it could withstand the pandemic and continue to be a great escape not too far from KL.
For a “4-star hotel”, this is terrible. The mattress is so hard and not comfortable. The panel behind the headboard where they put the bedside lamp is so dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months. The bathroom is so stained and the tap knob is loose. It appears that the hotel has been so neglected over the years, or they actually want to keep the ‘old-world charm’ (I’m being sarcastic here!). It’s a shame that the façade still looks great from the outside, but the inside looks like a really cheap lodging!

For receptionist very friendly and good service. For room not really good. My room broken plug only one function plug. And iron board we requested was broken. Aircond in the room very poor condition. But the view is so beautiful
I like the viewed and all staf are very kind.an im very happy because i get decorations for my anniversary .foc when you write a request vacation for anniversary.
I get 3 rooms for only rm288 pernight.is very cheap .i get 4 bfast .the room is connected each other.my kids is beside our room.bfast had so variety. But for foods.its quiet expensive for us have ,5 kids.
Rabbit park is not like last time.its small and so stinky.
The Japanese park is nice.have a shuttle .and view is so nice .
Services provided are okay, but the hotel itself is poorly maintained.

Overall we are happy to vacation here although there are aspects that we do not like. The scenary and weather is beautiful, large number of visitor. The cleanliness of the room is less, the musty smell is lest pleasant and the maintenance is not extensive.

This place is so unique and has a French vibe to it. It's calming and recommended to just chill. Though, during long weekend this place will be crowded, so can avoid to go during long weekend

The place is outdated with poor rooms. Highly overrated. If at all anyone wants to visit, they should do a day trip.

Room was okay. But the breakfast was somewhat below the par i would say? The portion is small and the worst part is, the two of us need to share one croissant. When we asked to reconfirm, the staff at Le Blason said, the bread set was really meant for two. So, yeah we need to share 😂

Technician and cleaner came quickly when requested and front desk call me back to make sure everything was in place. Room service food arrive surprisingly quick as well. Stayed at room 6203 and it had mountain view with a balcony. Also comes with fridge, dinning table and living room.
