We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room service and restaurant was delicious. The pool was well maintained with a swim up bar. The grounds were beautifully clean, tidy and well maintained. The room we stayed in was a little run down but cleaned daily and still good. We would definitely stay again, it is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, stores and marts.

The hotel was very nice, the room was very comfortable, location was great easy to walk to different locations in Kuta. The staff were very friendly and always smiling and wanting to assist in any way they could. My only wish was that they had more choices in regards to food in their restaurant and more low alcohol choices as I don't drink full strength beers. We would have liked to sit around their beautiful pools more, relaxing with a drink but were limited to what we could have so we didn't spend much time around the pools which were gorgeous. the same goes for the food choices, we would have like at least a steak option/steak sandwich. But what we did have though was very nice especially their pasta carbonara. All in all we would go back and we did enjoy our stay. Thank you

Lovely hotel. Always scores well will me due to customer service. Staff are very nice. Rooms are modest, 4 star standard but pool is lovely with a good value bar. Only negative is breakfast. Yes it’s ok and fresh but same stuff day after day, and many days I gave up on eggs (too slow or too long a line). Maybe put a hot tray with cooked eggs for self service would help. Breakfast needs improvement Otherwise a good value hotel in a great location

Subject: Request for Compensation for Unpleasant Stay Dear [Hotel Management], I hope this letter finds you well. I recently had the displeasure of staying at your establishment and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed several issues that significantly impacted the quality of my stay. Firstly, the sink in my room was blocked, making it impossible to use effectively. Additionally, I encountered an alarming number of mosquitoes throughout the room, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. Furthermore, to my dismay, there were lizards present in both the bathroom and near the toilet area, which was both unsanitary and unsettling. As a paying guest, I believe it is reasonable to expect a certain level of cleanliness and functionality during my stay. Unfortunately, these issues greatly detracted from my overall experience and left me feeling extremely disappointed. I kindly request compensation for the inconveniences and discomfort I experienced during my stay. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and address it promptly. This was my 3rd time staying here and I'll continue to stay on further visits to Bali. The rooms are large and comfortable and are cleaned daily. Pools are fantastic, one has swim up bar never had to fight for a pool chair in the 2 weeks I've been here Location is great, quiet but close to Kuta square and heaps of shopping and places to eat. Staff are very friendly and will assist with any issues Definitely a place to stay at a great price as well

I have stayed at Kuta Beach Club for the last 34 years and I travel to Bali at least twice a year. To me it’s like arriving to my home in Bali. Nothing that I ask for is ever to much it is clean safe within walking distance to beach, shops and Waterbom. It is also fairly priced.

I got sick Xmas day and my husband received help from staff, called doctor and room service when able to eat a bit. Paid fifty dollars to remain after checkout till time to leave for airport (5hrs) staff lovely, well mannered and cheerful, pools beautiful. Will stay again

We were not happy with our stay at this hotel. We booked through you and asked for rooms side by side with our family and also a room that was down stairs. They put us on the top floor and we were at one end of the hotel and my family was at another. We stayed there for 14 days and not once did they try to rectify the situation. We will not be staying there in the future

Wonderful hotel, best of all the welcoming staff. Hotel is a little old but well maintained. On face value 4 star plus. But the welcoming staff from front desk, to restaurants and bars and even hotel cleaners makes you feel welcome. Always a smile and a pleasant greeting. The area is central too - to beaches, massage, shopping and restaurants. I often stay at Sol and will be back soon.

On a small negative pool bar 2 for one on cocktails at happy hour only if you purchase same cocktail no ability to try different cocktails only 2 of the initial purchase.Pool bar Bintang beer no 2 for I at happy hour and the most expensive Bintang we experienced in Bali.Beer is a most popular drink in Bali not many patrons at pool bar due to the beer price
