We had problems with the room door. Make compliant but inform us the room card need to re set again. But house keeping inform the door is out of battery.

The hotel's breakfast was extremely poor. The quality and variation of the food was below average. There was no brush and toothpaste provided. We have never been to a hotel that is 3-star and above that does not provide facilities for dental cleaning. A 3-star hotel should also provide a fridge. And just to make it clear, we are never coming back.

a lot of carpark space at the back of the hotel and excellent location to the beach. Buffet Breakfast is worst and no good food on the plate. No hot water for shower and the wash room is smelly. Guest room door is poor is terms of safty and sound proof. Only one chair in a double bed guest room and you need to sit on the bed.

Despite many bitter reviews, this hotel is honestly more than what I asked for, especially for the price. Spacious room, comfy bed, clean, perfect location 👌 even though wifi was slow and they don’t provide toothbrushes but everything else is a 10/10. The location is perfect, parking lot behind, beach infront, mall and duty free on both sides. I’m so glad that this hotel is my pick

Great food. View from hotel was fantastic. Reasonable pricing although slightly expensive, Hotel staff went extra mile by delivering my friend keys when we reached the airport which he left at the hotel. Would come back, just hope they keep up the good work.

This is place is just ok If you book the room Expedia shows, they shove you in the back of the building by the parking lot. Rooms are fine, but hallways look like the basement of an office building. Doors slam and it echos down the hall. Elevators are super slow and couldn't find the stairs. Worst thing is you have to log into the wifi again every time you come and go from the hotel, even if you leave your computer in your room. Quite annoying. Probably a good value for the beach area, but not a huge fan of this place

I like everything But one thing is a problem and that is the airconditioning they make nose and i can't sleep. If they make a proffesional airconditioning is better for guest. But the rest of the hotel is clean and good

My honest feedback, this hotel really needs improvement. My room was not properly cleaned. Floor was sticky. Hope this hotel management really look to make sure this hotel is being managed properly. The location & view of this hotel is fantastic. For breakfast, seaview outside was wonderful.

Location is superb and is at the center of everything happening in Pantai Cenang. It is right beside a Duty Free shop, Mall on the other side and less than 100 steps from the beach. Breakfast was okay and wifi connection disconnects every now and then which was not a problem for us because SIM card is very cheap. Will definitely stay again if I'm back in Langkawi.

Excellent location with large free parking facility at the back. Literally in front of Pentai Chenang beach (1 min walk). Staff were very friendly. I was able to check-in early at 12noon. Room and hotel was clean. My only concern was the lack of safety deposit box in the room, but receptionist assured me that the hotel is safe. Would prefer a safety deposit box for peace of mind. Also, stairs were not accessible so would have to use lift even for one floor. It was not busy during my stay but this could be annoying during busy holiday season. Would stay again!

The Hotel location is great. This newly built hotel is opened perhaps prior to its formal completion of services and infrastructure. Overall it is not bad considering the location, however room maintenance and cleanliness is compromised. Staff are very good and welcoming!

It was a good stay.. But the hotel is still under some kind of renovations like elevator.. we struggled a lot since our room was located in the 2nd floor and last row of the floor.. We had to walk way too much go get into our room with our heavy luggages.. It was really not convincing.. But the breakfast was really good.. Worth for the money we paid.. The staffs were too friendly.. Our only concern was the elevator..

Need to improve
The hotel has a good location, opposite the beach and close to shops and restaurants. It also offer a nice selections of food for breakfast. Though they should improve the selection for continental or European breakfast as they do not offer any cheese or ham or bread. Rooms are large but somehow the furniture still smell of "new". And there is a lack of personality. Walking through the corridor it almost seems to walk in a corridor of a prison. Every morning at around 06.30 am the hotel transmits in their corridors the call for prayers and so as I am a light sleeper I have been woken up every morning at 06.30 am. I have found this very strange as i am a frequent traveler and I have been in other Muslim places such as Dubai and Morocco but never experienced something similar. So I would not recommend to stay here if you would like to sleep a bit longer in the morning. The hotel also does not have a lift yet (they working on it) but likely there is the concierge staff that can help you bringing your luggage upstairs. Rates are cheap but personally I would not return.
