Our stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. Not only did we encounter insects crawling around, the staff also demanded a cash deposit without prior notice. On top of everything, the noise from other guests was incessant, making it impossible to get any rest.

Excellent location. One of the few hotels at its price tier that has its own pool. But the hotel has seen better days. Looks and feels tired. Appears to lack proper maintenence too.

The hotel has many rooms but it is gloomy. Probably due to the covid-19 pandemic, not many people stay here. There are two elevators, only one is used. But I also chose to stay at this hotel because it is very close to the mosque. Get the congregational dawn prayers at the mosque. And also close to Kuah jetty. So I do not have to chase for the ferry boarding in the morning. If you want a lively hotel with people and nightlife, can stay at the Pantai Cenang area.

Receptionist was very helpfull. Rooms are worth for the price. We are very sorry to share that the Properties was under partially renovation so nothing to shout about cleanliness.

Superb location
Location wise the hotel is in superior spot. Breakfast is very average in my opion. For example there is some bread available, but only butter/jam to add on it. People seemed to have their own hams etc with them. Omelette/Noodles were very good. Our room had few problems. Ac was very weak, bathroom had so ugly sewer smell whole time so had to make sure door keeps closed. There also was small door between our and next room, so you are able to hear everything clearly from there. Also have earplugs with you, because of the music from beach bar just next to the hotel. All in all, it is an 3-star hotel which is not new anymore, so keep that in mind when you make the booking.

great location terrible hotel
The hotel has the most amazing position. Breakfast was good. staff were not very helpful. Room was good size but toilet broke and had to be fixed EVERY day. sink clogged. room was quiet and air cond good. On last day wanted huge monies for late checkout but no wear to change for late flight. Downstairs toilet disgraceful.

The hotel is on the water. You have to buy upgraded room to get sea view. There is a small shallow pool good for children. Breakfast is average. The location is close to everything. Very small balcony. Staff very friendly and helpful. Found it a little pricey compared to other hotels in area but it was nice to be on the beach.

Imagine, if you lost the keycard of the room you will be charged 50RM, the bathroom was very bad, some items are broken The AC are not so cold The furniture are old and smelly

On check-in, staff seemed to find it amusing when I was querying the cash deposit; giggling and talking to each other and glancing at us in a very tactless and unprofessional manner right in front of me. Throughout our stay, we had a number of instances of staff lacking customer service skills. Some staff (especially the guy on duty on Monday night) were lacking in manners altogether and should not be employed in a customer facing role. Was told we'd be charged money when we asked for an extra towel due to using the ones from the room for the pool. Was told we should have obtained towels from the guys at the pool, however no one told us this when we checked in, and indeed we were given no information at all upon arrival. No hand towels provided. Was told this is normal policy. Only one key per room. Reception would not issue any extra. The guys working at the pool are rude and seem to disappear when we needed towels. Three times we had to go to reception to summon them. No manners at all when attempting to communicate with them. Upon arrival, the floor was dirty and the rug was in need of vacuum. Balcony doors wouldn't open or close properly. The bathroom is a disgrace. No shower curtain. Lots of water goes onto the floor. The decor is really old and badly in need of decorating. Mold all round the bath, sink etc Toilet paper not replenished on Monday despite requesting this twice. Had to go down to reception to collect as the receptionist would not deliver.

3 nite Stay was pleasant. Except 1 of our rooms booked Room 117 ( booked 2 rooms) had bad aircondition. Even after technician came twice to check no changes. Request to change room n found out that room 118 too d aircond still not functioning. It was like fan, not aircond so d room was hot. That particular room was unpleasant to stay n sort of spoils our stay. Hope d management change the aircond or compressor as d aircond itself ( in Room 117) is an old one. Tq

Very accessible to everywhere you want to go. It's beachfront is so amazing. The staff are all very nice. The room is spacious. The problem is the AC, i cannot control it. And it's very hot.

Local guests are very noisy. They enter the lobby and elevator in wet after swimming. Tap water are yellowish in the room. Don't boil the tap water for coffee/tea.
