Great location right on Cenang Beach. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Ample beach loungers and umbrellas. Lots to do on the beach (i.e. jet ski rentals, parasailing, etc.). Convenient location for excursions and from the airport. Included breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. Chef makes most things from scratch - including the fresh fruit sorbet we ordered one night. Many restaurants and shops steps away - including laundromats if you need to do some laundry as we did. Room and bed are very comfortable - and a/c and ceiling fans work well. Great stay!

Awesome stay
We had an awesome stay at Casa Del Mar. The service from the reception staff was amazing, especially from the staff Putra. Al slight letdown would be the staff at the bar counter who was not so keen to service you.

Very friendly and helpful staff from the moment we arrived. Facilities were great with clean and spacious room. However, there were some small maintenance related problems we faced that could have been remedied beforehand. Examples: 1. Staircase light were out which made it difficult to climb the steps down at night, especially when it had rained earlier. We reported this to a staff that visited our room to check if things were ok. However this didn't get remedied until we left. 2. Room lighting could be better as we found it quite inadequate at night when we were packing. 3. The desk lamp fixture needed attention, where the diffuser glass needed to be secured (screwed in) or risk of falling off and breaking. 4. Bathroom door louver was pretty dusty, but only noticable when the bathroom lights were turned on. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The breakfast was great. The spread was adequate, plus there were additional options in the menu. We just has to request for what we wanted and the duty staff were quick to prepare and serve them. There was a coffee machine in our room as well as an electric kettle, so we could make coffee and tea in our room, plus cookies and peanuts as snacks. The place also provided bicycles for guest use. They looked in very good condition, I'm a cycling enthusiast. I may have missed a few more. Fing out and experience the place for yourselves!

Excellent personalised service for a 4 star Hotel.
From the check in to check out there was personalised service. The unit alotted to us had a front gate entry and a bell outside for visitors to inform us they are at the front gate, just like home.

Heaven on earth
A last minute decision to go to Langkawi and stay at casa del mar turned out to be the best part of our holiday. The location is perfect and beyond beautiful. The staff are wonderful with lots of little special touches starting with handwritten welcome letter. The beds are so comfortable and the breakfast great. There is nothing we did not love and can’t wait till we can return again.

Truly excellent stay at Casa del Mar, Langkawi. Everything about it was perfect. The staff were wonderful, friendly and dedicated themselves to improving your stay. Food was excellent, the pool is great and it's right on a wonderful beach. The water must've been over 30C everyday. It's not a big resort, so it feels really personable. We got great recommendations for tours and car rentals. The room was big and clean with a great bathroom and enormous, comfy bed. It's on a busy part of the strip with shops and restaurants, though you wouldn't know when in the property, as it feels peaceful. This is a place we'd definitely return to. Thanks a lot for everything!

Casa Del Mar is a beautiful spot right on the beach. The staff were friendly and always on call. The beach villa was spacious and there were some lovely touches in the room. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Only down side is some of the furniture is a little dated in parts but after the first day we hardly noticed it and had a fantastic stay here. We can highly recommend it!

Lovely stay ... only one complaint i ask for a half hour later check out because my flight was at 3pm.... they said they can't, i thought the hotel was fully booked... at check out i found out that they only had 10 rooms occupied... so i don't understand why they couldn't let me check out a bit later...

Great beach front accommodation
From the moment we arrived at Casa del Mar we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff. We dined at the hotel and enjoyed dinner on the beach watching the sun go down. Breakfast was delicious with homemade breads and preserves. Nothing was too much trouble.

We were so happy we chose Casa Del Mar for our long weekend in Langkawi. Absolutely amazing. The property is well maintained, quaint, and has everything we needed. We honestly never had to leave, except to walk on the beach. The staff took such good care of us. The food was amazing. We'd visit here again in a heartbeat!

What an amazing welcome from the staff it was my husbands birthday and the staff were amazing . Our room was spacious comfortable and clean with a beautiful coffee machine and home made biscuits. The pool towels were a great size and plentiful. Food was great and the relaxing breakfast very tasty with a great selection of food. We used the gym which was compact but good enough to train, the bikes we used to cycle around Langkawi and the spa. I had a 90 min massage which was heaven. We would love to return.

High recommend cozy resort
Very friendly staff who immediately provided us assistance and advice and responses. Comfortable hotel just next to the beach. Room was nice and cozy. Hotel would provide you water and fruit when you are sunbathing. Good experience. Very relaxing environment. Breakfast was fine with different choices. We had also tried the dinner in the hotel, nice food and gorgeous view.

Honestly this hotel completely exceeded my expectations, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! I booked a beachfront room at Casa del Mar between 9th - 11th July. The hotel is beautifully placed on the beachside, the area is calm, clean and quiet, during the evening it gets busy on the beach as there are loads of food stalls around with entertainment, body massage and shisha, the atmosphere is amazing! You can also experience dinner on the beach during sunset, beautiful ambience indeed!🌴☀️ Plenty of water activities around from jet-skiing, to paragliding and banana boating, the locals are extremely friendly and helpful! The hotel staff greeted us with exceptional hospitality, the room was very spacious, had all the amenities you needed my friend requires gluten free food and the hotel caters for this which is very important! The breakfast buffet was delicious, a variety of choices to choose from! Whilst we were sitting on the decks outside the hotel we were presented with a jug full of lemon water, ice cream and a fruit platter. This hotel is definitely a home away from home, and I have recommended this hotel to anyone who has asked me about Langkawi! I will most definitely be back to stay for a lot longer :) I have travelled to many countries around the world and no other hotel has left an impression like Casa Del Mar has! Thank you sooooo much for making my holiday memorable! This was the highlight of my trip to Malaysia!! 😆🌟

Everything you could want and more.
Arrived a bit before check-in but was let in anyways. Arranged a last minute fishing trip for us as well! Good breakfast and a short walk to the good food around. Free coffee pods in room! When you picture paradise, the grounds and the ocean outside our room is exactly what you would imagine. If you get a chance, do stay here!

Staff are very well trained, helpful, courteous, friendly. Couldn’t ask for better. Housekeeping excellent Facilities not perfect and slightly worn around the edges with the ‘lived in’ look. Pantai Cenang beach very busy with motorbikes, cars etc buzzing back an fore and the sea has dozens of speed boats and jet skis zooming around not far away from the bathers so you have to be on your guard

This hotel feels exclusive as it is at quite a secluded part of Chenang Beach; while the number of units on this property is limited, so that guests staying at this property feel like they are staying in their own private enclave. Special mention must be given to Ms. Rajesh for her exceptional job of making us feel so welcome here. Stayed here from the 20th to the 21st of April 2019.
