Comfortable hotel and close enough to Cenang
The room was perfect in size, areas was quiet, it has two restaurant and a 24h mart right infront. McDonalds is just opposite the hotel so access to convenience is covered. The reception was professional and also polite which makes the overall experience better. The only thing I would complain is that I found ants in the toilet area and also the room gets very hot during the day cause of its roof. Only one key is given so you can't leave the aircond on when you're out but there are other ways to keep it on like using one of your bank cards to leave in the slot.

Peaceful room close to beach
Rooms are a bit tired and basic but both room and ensuite were very clean and rooms were cleaned every day. The site is very quiet and peaceful even though it is a two minute walk ti the very busy main street. The beach which is amazing is a 5 minute walk. I would have no hesitation returning here.

Worth Trying
I stayed in the chalet during weekday which has lesser crowd, ideal if one craves for quietness. I cannot say the same for weekends. Walls are thin but if everyone is mindful of their tone, and not speak in barking manner, this is not an issue. Kak Rodiah epitomises excellent service & a great representation of this property. Her deep knowledge & recommendations from dining options to daily activities made my trip truly memorable. Casa Fina Management, I hope to see your younger staff learning from this veteran.

Pleasant and comfortable stay.
Easy check in and out. Need to pay tax which is unavoid. Requires deposit. Nice and big room. Very Clean toilet. Comes with toiletries. Day time air- con not cold enough. As roof is zinc sheet. At night mosquitos problem. Reception has insecticide spray avail. Iron and board upon request. Room cleaning svc everyday. Very peaceful surrounding. Reception and room svc staff very friendly.Hotel is very near to restaurants and cafe and fast food like McDonalds,Subway,MaryBrown. Overall nice hotel for family and couples. 4 star hotel.

Staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate. The room was ok a little worn down but overall presentable. Biggest issues were: The AC was not working well... Was letting out warm air .... Had to keep resetting it in order for it to work. This made getting ready and sleeping very uncomfortable. Second issue was the front desk only provides one room key....very inconvenient. And lastly mosquitos has easy access to the room as there were cracks in the door frame and below.

Overall a good experience. Basic amenities provided. Good location, with a taxi stand just opposite the road and close to the beach. Their reception closes at 11pm (after that the security guard will assist with check in). I arrived slightly after 11pm but the nice reception lady stayed on to help me with my check in :)

Perfect Staff that makes for a pleasant stay
Nice little chalet. Clean room and 5 min walk ti the beach. It's right in front of McDonald's and there a re a lot of food varities within the vicinity. Underwater World is also a 3 min walk away. The most I like about this hotel is its staff, particularly a lady called Dee who was very helpful and informstive in every way possible. From helping me book a car to tours, she does it seemlessly without ecen batting an eye. Such a lovely person. I would definitely recommend this place to those who would be visiting Cenang beach

Hotel is really good at first. Until we ready to sleep. Their quilts and pillow case are raised! And pillow case has lots of yellow stain which is really disgusting. Also no hair dryer for us, told us we we will be only getting hair dryer if there is someone who returned. Alright we waited until checked out still couldn't get it

The staff are really friendly, suitable for couples, walking distance to most of chenang's beach restaurants. Spacious bathroom. And a nice balcony outside for you to hang your clothes to dry after a swim at the beach.

Nice hotel in strategic location
We are a couple travelling for a weekend getaway. We were greeted by friendly receptionist. Check in was hassle free and speedy. The room was ready for us with air conditioned on. Very attentive of them as the weather was really hot.

The condition in garden view is not as good as expected. Room in garden is too small, not worth for its price. And, i don't understand why the wardrobe is placed IN the bathroom. The room is dark, the lamp is extremely dim, not suitable for reading or even playing handphone. To me, suppose, new mineral water should be provided as we pay for the room. However, i was told that mineral water was only provided for the first day, the rest of the day, we need to refill it using RO water provided. In addition, the tv was also not functioning well.

The location is great but not much to do in the hotel since no facilities in the hotel. Room and toilet is clean. Basic amenities. No breakfast. Basic sheets and pilow are old. Wasn't much available in langkawi in our price range. This place was OK. Great location. Pretty peaceful but room (cabin) was very hot,day and night, and not really that comfortable. I'm not one to complain too much though, for the price, service and location it seemed fine.

Extremely awful! I don't know where is the higher score come from. 1. only one room card disturb to you 2. Wifi is really weak that cannot connect all the time 3. The room is a bit tired, especially the toilet, super old style n tired 4. toilet flusher didn't work often 5. Air conditioner not cool enough as well 6.
