Good pool, decent breakfast buffet. Small in hotel convenience store and nearby the night market, sadly it wasn't as fun as expected during Ramadan.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no doubt the hotel is old but it is extremely good value. Two points - there should be more than 4 pool lounge chairs for the entire pool area. Secondly, this hotel is not in a great location. Grabs are very cheap and easy to get but this is something to keep in mind. Overall though I had a very pleasant stay.

Terrible breakfast
I booked 1 family room, 2 triple room for 4 days 3 nights. We checked in a day before christmas n we got complimentary xmas dinner. The foods not that good. Almost all tasteless except for the roasted lamb. Breakfast was terrible. Not mant choices n the foods were tasteless (fried rice/fried kuey teow), grilled potatoes were already smell n had weird taste. No jam for the bread. Only butter. Bathroom really dirty for all our 3 rooms..broken doors, no shower curtain, all the floor will be wet and ac not functioning well. With the rate that we paid (maybe bcoz of christmas, the price went high up), i was totally dissapointed.

Quality hotel near Kuah Jetty
While our time here was short, we found little to complain about during our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming at all times, with the owner/manager constantly on hand to strike up conversation or help you out. The bed was quite comfortable in our room, and while the bathroom could do with some upgrades, it was on par with or better than many other accommodations you'll find in SE Asia. The location is close to Kuah Jetty (eastern side of the island), and there are markets, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. The breakfast spread isn't overly impressive, but that's a very minor flaw, all things considered. If I get the chance to return to Langkawi, I would stay here again.

The hotel staff were awesome at check in and throughout the stay. The hotel was clean and tidy. It is close to food and only short walk to town. The pool was cool and refreshing. The staff sorted us a cooler to put some drinks in with on one day when asked. The breakfast options were not western food so if bacon is the difference you might want to look elsewhere. We were 4 Aussie fellas so we didn't need for much. The only real negative was the shower needed a screen or curtain but not the end of the world. If you want value for money with pool and breakfast and free parking this is your place.

15 mins walk to anything.
All's OK with the hotel. Facilities staff and breakfast. The location is not ideal. Taxis or 15 mins walks is a must to anything.

Greenish pricewise okay
Though hotel rates are cheaper as compare to others but facilities are much more cheaper . This hotel do not have safe in rooms.Breakfast is not that good . Rooms are not comfortable specially bathrooms are of very old type ,but according to rate we can say still its managable. Best is mangrove and island hopping is just in few minutes by car and staff is also supportive. For visitors if they want to roam around for entire day and just want to sleep in night ,it can be choosen as an option .

Convenient and cost effective stay
I was staying close by to the Westin as my friend was getting married there. The hotel itself is a old in style, but very good value. Breakfast was okay - you have to get there early as there were busloads of tourists whilst I was there and food was slow to get refilled, however there was an egg station. The pool was clean. Improvements I would suggest is a phone in the room and a 'Do Not disturb" sign. I had a couple of interruptions whilst I was resting -someone came to check the TV as working etc. Easy location to get around with Grab but not in the app by name, so might have to put the police station. There is a shopping center with food stalls within easily walking distance. Staff were always friendly and greeted me with a smile.

Great location with shops and eateries, night market nearby. The pool is nice and open for 24 hours. Staff are friendly and accommodating. There were still renovation works going on but it was fine as we were out most of the day. Simple breakfast but glad that it's provided for guests. With reasonable rates, I would book this hotel again

Boka inte!
Oerhört slitet, skitigt och otrevligt hotell. Extremt dålig ljudisolering, vaknade av grannens hostningar. Stenhårda sängar där du känner fjädrarna i madrassen, otäta fönster som tjöt pga vinden, lät som vi bodde vi en F1 bana. Frukosten var inte bra, litet utbud och dålig kvalitet. Poolen var bra och personalen trevlig, thats it.
