Worst stay experience in my life so far. This property looked like a dead place. They took good 30 min to find my booking when I reached. Eventually agreed that it is there. The hotel has zero maintenance. No facilities. No amenities. Restaurant closed. Nothing to eat and order. I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Mud beach resort
Our room size was ok but it was out-dated and not very clean. There was no beach just mud. They should call it the mud beach resort. Wouldnt recommends.

The property is in urgent need of a renovation. From walls that had water leaks and haven’t been repainted in decades to dirty pool mats to a “beach” that you can’t swim in, this was overall just a bit of a shock.

A Disappointing Experience
The hotel is not well maintained. It is pretty worn out. bathrooms and faucets were old and leaky. Smell of mildew or dampness was annoying. The room was supposed to have two queen beds but it only had one queen bed and a single bed. The staff added a folding bed with a very thin mattress which was extremely uncomfortable. However, upon our complaint, they replaced the mattress with a better one. The beach in front of the hotel is not swimmable due to thick layer of sediments covering the beach. The so called Beach Resort lacked any dining or food service. No food or beverage available on the premises. The WiFi service was almost non-existent most of the time. The TV offered only 8 channels all in local language. Not a single English language programming. In an nutshell, it barely offered the minimum necessities. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Although, on a positive note, the staff were very courteous and helpful.

It was such a waste of time,money and vacation time. Super regretting it.They never mentioned the beach is not suitable and is not proper for swimming.the location, cleanness and their service was awful.

Overall property is huge and good but furniture and fixtures aren't good. They are very old. Also since its next to sea baech so lot of mosquitoes. I travelled from KL to Langkawi and reqched at 10.30night. In my Room AC wasn't working completely. Toilet flush wasn't working properly and exhaust fan wasn't working at all in toilet. Though I booked room almost 2 and half mths back. When I raised concerns, receptionist gave me cottage villa that was not good either. She said I dont have any other room. So finally I had to compromise with 2 single bed room instead of double bed room. By the time I settled and shifted to new room it was more than 12am and I was cracking. Had pathetic experience and wouldn't recommend it to anyone...Rajeev Misra

The restaurant is limited as in this hotel they serve breakfast but not lunch & dinner. Surrounding is noting to shop & eat is so inconvenient we have to walk to ombak villa to eat our Bfast & lunch plus dinner. The small breach cannot swim and we have to go nearby beach to swim. The view is nice cause we staying in the water chellet. But is convenient to grab a car or taxi from the hotel. The Furniture is old. Thank You Pauline Sim

Hotel with nice beach, but to swimming in the Sea
The beach is unsuitable for swimming. Thick layers of mud/clay covering the shorelines. The hotel is currently under renovation. Has potential, but needs management focus on maintenance. Pool was very nice. 10 min taxi ride to restaurants/shops/nice beaches. Room with shower very clean.

Has character but rooms need some TLC.
Location is beautiful and the pool delightful. Room is spacious and has some old style charm. Bed Matresses and linens are in desperate need of replacement and walls need a fresh coat of paint (plaster peeling in several locations). Breakfast choices are limited.

Spacious hotel near the airport
Too far from ‘civilization’. Have to drive 25min to Pantai Cenang and longer to Kuah town. I booked room for 3 with breakfast but only gave me 2 pax of (toiletries, towels and breakfast vouchers). Breakfast spread was miserable. Bread served was stale and found with mould. Not worth the 35RM.

Do Not Stay This Hotel!
We booked 2 rooms for our family trip for 3 nights, when we arrived around 3.15pm, the rooms not yet get ready, we wait for around half an hour! As I prefer to pay at hotel for my booking, the staff told me that their credit card merchant is offline, we only can make payment by cash, when i request to pay when we check out, the staff said the merchant cannot be fixed even 3 days later, this is my first time to experience the hotel only can accept cash, we need to go to withdraw few thousand man! I'm suspect the hotel do not have the credit card merchant! They only give one access card for each family room and Super deluxe room where mostly hotel give two access cards! Another funny thing is the telephone and TV devices only install when we get into the room! The room is smelly, toilet is dirty and there is a peanut size damage hole of the toilet bowl seat cover, the fitting is old and some of the cabinet laminate started peel out. It is really uncomfortable step in to toilet! The staffs at the hotel never great you and no smiling at all! The breakfast serve at the next door of the 5 star hotel restaurant which not much of food variety. The only good thing is they have good Wifi connection! How disappointed to pay so much on this old and non standard hotel!

Average stay
Although the room is spacious, the condition of the room needed some maintenance and much cleaning. Once our room door was not closed properly after our return. We got a shock and thought it was broken into. Thankfully all things were untouched and we figured it could be the hotel staff who did not close the door properly after cleaning the room. We gave our feedback to the hotel.
