I've booked 2 rooms, arrived at 3.15pm to check-in, and it took them 45mins to have only ONE room ready, I was with a baby asleep in arms waiting wishfully hoping to have a room within minutes, since it hotel's policy on checking in is from 3pm onwards. The reason they gave was that the housekeeping was still cleaning up the room. Hello, 3pm check-in time, and only one room ready for me at 4pm?!
And it wasn't full house on my days there though.
Secondly, at almost 5pm i get my second room ready, just how disappointing it was to see nest of ants were crawling at the pantry area, hence walked to 2 rooms away to talked to housekeeping staff to come over to the room to clean out the ants. The staff just sprayed some insect repellent, and to my dismay it wasn't pleasant as I was with a baby of 1 year old, I wouldn't want the baby to be in it inhaling the chemicals.
(Thirdly)Hence, we walked all the way to the reception to request for a change of room. We got a new room, and when we went for a shower at night, the water pressure was too small that we couldn't even project it when facing up the shower head. bathed in scarce water supply.
The next morning, I wanted to prepare milk for the baby and to my disappointment again i saw nest of ants crawling all over the pantry area.
Fourthly, went for quick lunch because we missed breakfast due to settling the baby, no room service for food before 12pm, went to hotel's restaurant, took 45mins to get our lunch, only 2 tables of customer
