A true place to relax and big rooms with good amenities and a hot tub all in one 👍 nearby to the airport even though we took an early flight in the morning it was not so rushed as it is very near. Buggee service to doorsteps.

This is a gorgeous resort and is fairly priced compared to other resorts. Service and staff were very nice. We didn't have the food there as we spent much time by Pantai Cenang. Overall, definitely worth the price.

the hotel was very nice - everyone friendly and efficient. The food became a bit boring after the 3-4th day and the evening waiters seemed very inexperienced and difficult to communicate with and couldnot answer questions. The rest of our stay was excellent. the design of the room to leave a long desk behind the beds and in front of the closets was ingenious and very useful for work. Plenty of electrical plugs, too.

Pleasant stay but...
The hotel is amazing with their great location just in front of the beach and friendly staffs. Only the problem was it took long time to clean up the room. Our room has not been cleaned up until 4pm...

Excellent landscaping with information about type and benefits of certain plants grown within propertie were displayed. Staff very helful and accomodative. Their smiling faces always there to greet you. Highly recommended for your stay in Langkawi.

Well kept facility, however it does not have a beach as it indicates it would in their photos. It’s a sleepy resort that is good for a honeymoon or family trip. Don’t expect to find much entertainment or excitement with this place.

Beautiful Langkawi island
The property is in the nature. The staff members are very friendly. Breakfast choices are somewhat limited, but they have plenty of food. I especially liked fresh Roti and vegetable dali curry. There are some kinds of bread, rice, fruits, porridge, salad and vegetables. The internet is very weak, but it looks like throughout Langkawi island, Wifi seems very weak. It is sufficient to send messages and texts, but not so convenience for videos and uploads heavy files etc... The Langkawi island is very beautiful, lots of things to see. We came here with a group of friends and family (16 people in total), and island hopping was excellent activities. Most of the activities exceeded our expectation. We really loved the stay here.

The hotel was very disappointing. There was no private beach nor were you aloud to swim. Looked more like a swamp. Overall friendly but unhelpful staff particularly reception and breakfast area. Side note; housekeeping and garden staff were very friendly. Although breakfast is until 10:30. Most of it was already gone by 10 and would not be refilled/ restocked. No variation whatsoever. This was mentioned but not changed.

Ombak Villa Langkawi
Pool had absolutely stunning views. Staff were great. DELICIOUS meal at the Al Shallal Restaurant, order the Baba Ganoush!! I'm still drooling thinking about it. Go see Syawal and he will treat you well! Room was styled exactly as pictured, a few stains on rugs, a little damage to our room, but that was from previous guest usage. A little maintenance done to room would've greatly improved the overall appearance. For some reason, at times we could smell sewage coming from the air vents, but that only lasted for minutes. I would definitely return to this hotel. Beautiful location.

Nice property but the beach is not for swimming the facilities are ok it is away from anything which is a downside but most of all I was unhappy with service staff in restaurant terrible and food was ordinary has to improve a bit for me too stay again all the best

Very close to the beach, 50m away. The swimming pool is nice and not crowded. The room is nice, a bit wet but was ok. No mosquito in the room.

Nice Resort near to airport
This is a comfort property to stay with family. The Rooms are spacious and well maintained. You get free parking, good breakfast and restaurant food. The staff was friendly and makes you comfortable. The pool is nice, gives feeling of infinity pool. The resort is a bit far from main areas like Cenang but if you rent a car, you can easily reach within 15 mins. Had a good stay. The property is not too big, but they still offer you a buggy to move around which is good for old folks. Only thing we didnt't like was we saw a lizard in bathroom. But it was fine otherwise.

Pricy for lousy service & poorly maintained rooms
I've booked 2 rooms, arrived at 3.15pm to check-in, and it took them 45mins to have only ONE room ready, I was with a baby asleep in arms waiting wishfully hoping to have a room within minutes, since it hotel's policy on checking in is from 3pm onwards. The reason they gave was that the housekeeping was still cleaning up the room. Hello, 3pm check-in time, and only one room ready for me at 4pm?! And it wasn't full house on my days there though. Secondly, at almost 5pm i get my second room ready, just how disappointing it was to see nest of ants were crawling at the pantry area, hence walked to 2 rooms away to talked to housekeeping staff to come over to the room to clean out the ants. The staff just sprayed some insect repellent, and to my dismay it wasn't pleasant as I was with a baby of 1 year old, I wouldn't want the baby to be in it inhaling the chemicals. (Thirdly)Hence, we walked all the way to the reception to request for a change of room. We got a new room, and when we went for a shower at night, the water pressure was too small that we couldn't even project it when facing up the shower head. bathed in scarce water supply. The next morning, I wanted to prepare milk for the baby and to my disappointment again i saw nest of ants crawling all over the pantry area. Fourthly, went for quick lunch because we missed breakfast due to settling the baby, no room service for food before 12pm, went to hotel's restaurant, took 45mins to get our lunch, only 2 tables of customer

Nice resort hotel but no beach to enjoy the coast
Overall the resort was well managed. Need to boost the security checks at the entrance. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive, the price doesn't match the food provided in terms of quality & quantity.

Good view at the sea and trees
It is nice villa with good view at the sea and plant. One night, after we came back to the villa and found the door was unlocked at the backyard at the ground floor. Luckily, our luggage and things were all right. I advise all doors should be locked at all times when the guests go out.

Stayed for 4 days in Ombak villa. Getting to the hotel from airport took us less than 5 mins. Nice & clean room. Will definitely come back again in the future. Only down side is the limited variety of breakfast. Everyday is the same without much changes to the menu

The hotel was serene. I felt very safe during my stay there with my 5 year old and 3 month old children. Nice views of the sea although no swimming is allowed. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Good Hotel..but Not so Friendly Staff
We checked into the hotel for a 5 Night 6 Day Trip to Langkawi. The Hotel is near to the airport but away from most of the Attractions. Check-In experience was good. The behavior of the staff was a bit odd, if you ask them for something they would direct you to the location rather than bringing it to you (Specially during breakfast). One day we went out and came back after 4 hours but room was still not cleaned, I asked the Room service and their response was pretty odd . Sir we clean rooms one by one and your room turn has not yet come. They expect us to be out of the room all day I guess! Few days they didn't even fill the toiletries. I booked Mangrove tour with them and in my card statement it was charged 5 times the value of the Tour.
