We enjoyed our stay. We do wish we had coffee making capabilities in the room. Did not like that room service was only 6am until 2pm.... what's up with that? Also, very limited menu. Hotel could use some updates. Pillows were amazing!! Loved that we got an upgrade, not sure why, but loved it. Premier suite was nice. The service staff were awesome!! Loved our closet/dressing room. Shower head in our room could use some work, wobbly. Could use some better shopping options. Gilley's food was terrible 😛.

This was my second time staying at TI. Very clean, and Great customer service. I like how it was so easy to walk outside and catch a cab to take us wherever we wanted to go on the strip.

There was a used bar soap in the bath tub from the previous guest. The bed was soft that it made our backs hurt.

We enjoyed staying at treasure island. We were close to most everything that we had planned. The rooms are a tad dated, in my opinion. They are clean and the house keeping was beyond great. I never had to even ask for anything. They made sure it was there when needed.

Did not like the hotel checkin. There was an option For a self, check out, but the link is broken. So instead we had to wait 1 hour and a half to check in. Also, there is a hidden fee of $50 per day. When you stay.

Our room smelled dirty, called for service and someone came and just sprayed air freshener. Called a 2nd time, because the room still smelled and nobody came back. We soon figured it was a dirty shower curtain. Poor service for the price we paid.

The beds and pillows were rock hard, and the shower had a smell that made the bathroom smell as well. You know what you're getting for a dated hotel.

Staff was very rude when I asked for a new key card. Check in and out was very confusing and the staff didn’t seem to all be on the same page. The pool is small and dirty. Rooms are average but the “strip” view is misleading. We for a view of the pool with a peak of the street. Over all this place is not worth the money spend a little more money and actually have an enjoyable time.
