Check in did not go to well. They had no idea about my reservation. It took about 20 minutes for them to figure things out.room was ok, clean and hsd hot shower. Location wa3 out of 5s well off the main road. One trike driver didnt know where it was.

Had no trouble checking in early. The staff is extremely accomodating. Place is quiet, inexpensive and not far from the main roads. Had a wonderful time staying there. Plus have a view of Mayon outside our third floor room.
