Staff was responsive to help find my lost item after checkout. Very comfy bed, 2 toilets for convenience. Nice breakfast with a fair range of choice. Cleaning staff was really nice, too. However, the view of our room is not nice. Needs more sockets, especially near the bed. Should equip 4 of each items (cups, spoons...) for Family room. And a water dispenser, even shared one, would be more eco-friendly than bottled ones. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance but some convenience stores will do. Hotel also allows food delivery service.

The hotel gave us an upgraded room for a family of 3 and a connecting room with the rest of our party. Service was good overall. Breakfast didn’t have too many variety but it did change everyday. Ac in the room wasn’t as strong even at the lowest setting. Location was within walking distance to good restaurants around the area

Our shower was so dirty that I felt like I was getting dirtier getting in. Needed a thorough scrub. What didn’t help was we had a non-slip mat down on the tiles but it wasn’t moved or cleaned the entire time we were there and it looks as though it was there and not thoroughly cleaned long before we arrived. They had no sign for guests to ask for new sheets/bedding and they weren’t changed until the day before we checked out and it was only done as specifically asked the housekeeping staff to do this. Floors in the room are sticky (I note that I saw they were swept each day) but I think the cleaning solution they used was making the floors sticky. At one point our aircon unit wasn’t working and we discovered this in the early hours of the morning. I called reception about it being off and rather than informing me that they could manually turn the aircon back on, they said “please wait a moment”; hung up, and didn’t call back. I called back again and the same. Then after waiting 10mins after the second call, I walked down to reception in my pyjamas to speak directly with someone. They finally said they’d have someone turn it back on for me - happened instantly. This happened again on another day and I asked again why they kept turning off the aircon. I finally got the response that it turns off when you remove the keycard from your room, and once removed, it needs to be switched back on by a technician - Strange. Noisy smokers in corridor every night.

We took the family room and it was spacious! Staff were amazing. Our room was well serviced daily. We stayed for 9 days. We panicked at one point when we left our safe opened one day and only to realize it in the afternoon when we were out, we came back immediately and nothing was stolen! 5 stars! Only 1 small negative feedback: we requested to borrow 1 fork. It was chargeable at 20k even if we returned it. Why? I don’t get it.

Beware of this property! On our visit to Indonesia, we have visited, Jakarta at the Wyndham Casablanca, 4 star and worth every penny, great place. We stayed in Jogjakarta, 4 star worth every penny, great place again. Not in the best area but exceptional service and nice clean rooms. And then we flew to Bali expecting another great place to stay, it looked great in the pictures and then we arrive to a seedy dark hotel. The rooms had a fowl odor like they were trying to cover up some other smell, there was mold and soap scum in the shower area and stains on the head board from god knows what. We stayed the night and checked out 3 days early for our 4 day reservation. The staff apologized and proceeded to tell us how all the hotels in Bali are like there's, they offered a different room but I told them if they are like that, then we don't want another room. I asked them to refund our payment for the 3 days that we did not stay and they said, (that is against company policy) So the long and the short of it is, we drove 20 minutes down the road and found a great room at the Holiday Inn Resort Tanjung Benoa, I highly recommend it, It was a great room for just a few dollars more a night. I'm from the U.S. and if your going to fly 20 hours to get somewhere, my advice is to really be careful, we bought a picture and we got burned. If you want a nice place to stay, stay away from this place.

Lovely modern hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The staff that clean the rooms are amazing, our room was alway immaculate & if we ever left the Quiet sign on the door they’d call up and ask if we would like it cleaned when we went for dinner. Pool was nice, not massive but our kids loved it. Even though the hotel is on a busy road it’s set back and very peaceful. We had breakfast included in our room and although it wasn’t to our personal taste the Chef would always cook up eggs however we wanted them. Very good value for money. 20,000 30,000 IDR taxi to Seminyak beach and restaurants.

Would not recommend anyone to stay here, far away from everything, run by morons. I had an issue and the manager rudely said to me “that’s not my problem” followed by them refusing to refund my room. So many nice places to stay in Bali, don’t bother wasting your money here.

To me, i am not recommended this hotel to any one.
This hotel is not user friendly. It is money minded. every thing chargeable. Morning breakfast chargeable, bath towel little bit dirty also chargeable, room water bottle also chargeable. It means every thing chargeable.

They folded different cute animals / themed towels for the room. Very creative. The hotel looks stylish, sleek and modern. Staff team was excellent, attentive and helpful.

Basic hotel - typical chain style
A chain hotel that lots of tour groups use. The location is not convenient. You have to have a vehicle. Breakfast was ok. Rooms basic. Hotel hyped up as designer hotel. Fairly standard

Smaller friendly place, in a great location with restaurants everywhere. We felt very comfortable in the hotel right from the start with a warm welcome from the staff. We were in a standard room on the first floor overlooking the pool and it was great - large in size, the TV was good with lots of channel options and quiet. Maybe 20-25 minute walk to Legian St and the markets. After that having a dip in the pool was so relaxing, water always perfect temperature and we spent many hours reading and just chilling on the lounges. Overall would rate the hotel very highly, great value and we will be staying here again.

The gym is a little too small and one of the air con was not working. The pool looks great but I didn't get a chance to use it. Stayed in the suite which offers housekeeping twice a day. Lost an eyebrow pencil after one of the housekeeping session though. All is good. Check in and out was fast and easy. Polite staff. Breakfast variety is limited and almost the same food everyday. Can do better than that. Love the layout of the room. Spacious, clean and I love the room that I can sit in one corner to do my work cosily. Cushions on sofa do need some cleaning or covers to be changed. Rather smelly. Did tell reception about it but nothing is done I think.

Good value but a bit too far to walk for a massage
This hotel has bargain accommodation for the quality of the hotel. Extremely clean, nice rooms, fabulous pool, great variety for breakfast and very pleasant and helpful staff. The beds were quite hard if that is an issue for you and in house spa is expensive. We found the local area didn’t have enough activity close enough such as cheap places for massages, restaurants with some music or shopping though bluebird taxis are cheap.

The pool was really nice. Rooms maybe a little small but very clean and comfortable. Staff so helpful and breakfast was great would definitely stay there again!

Spacious Clean Rooms, Great Service, Nice Pool/Gym
My third stay in this hotel, Rooms are spacious, spotless and comfortable, Great location close to lots of mini markets and local restaurants , Legian Beach within walking distance, Good size swimming pool and Gym on top floor is a bonus,Great service by all Staff in particular Harry in front desk is super helpful and friendly, Will definitely stay again
