Capuchos stay
Overall the staying was ok, the staff were very friendly and the room was what I expected. The bed was very comfortable so were the pillows. The bathroom could do with a refurbishment. The actual hotel was run down and could definitely do with a paint and clean on the outside.

Awful customer service. Rooms need serious repair
Appalling customer service from luis (night receptionist) when I asked to move rooms due to the unruly noise coming from the guest next door, he started to throw things and slam his hands again at the desk, telling me just to ‘go ahead and leave a complaint then’. The rooms are in a terrible conditions. Broken floorboards and tatty cupboards. Not a 4 star quality.
