They ripped me off literally $380 euros for a guided tour. Unbelievable the driver just parked his car and smoked. Hotel would not do anything.

I stayed here for a week and overall enjoyed the stay. We got upgraded to a suite above the level that we initially booked, which was great. The welcoming staff were great and overall we had a nice time and breakfast was a pleasant experience (though could have more variability. it's basically the same thing every day). The room was very comfortable. I'm used to having a personal concierge when staying at a 5-star hotel, so that was missing and could have made the experience a little nice a the price point.

Rooms were ok. Lot of broken things glued together and black mold in bathrooms. Not a 5 star hotel.
Breakfast buffet was top notch and room service was excellent.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was amazing. Never seen a buffet breakfast this good and the service this amazing. Really impressed with how helpful and friendly all the staff were. If we ever come back to Lisbon this is where we will stay.

Definitely NOT a 5 star hotel! The room was ok - on our first night, the room was cleaned in and they left a piece of candy in the side table. The second day I had to call them for the room to be cleaned. The Shower was not super clean either, black spots around the corner which grossed me out. Service was mediocre - I asked for an iron around 11:15pm - the iron came to the room at midnight when I was already sleeping. I asked for an adapter and had to buy my own because they didn’t have one.
The breakfast and the team managing it were outstanding. I would not recommend to my family and friends.

We loved our stay from start to finish! Would highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and very relaxing. The spa area is amazing, it made me not want to leave the hotel. The roof top pool is awesome as well. My husband loved the gym, one of the best gyms we have experienced at a hotel. Breakfast buffet is so impressive. The service everywhere was fantastic. Would 10/10 recommend!

The hotel felt luxurious, especially the rooftop and pool. The breakfast room was beautiful, well staffed and they had a great buffet!

The Hotel is beautiful, nice area. Rooms are fantastic and the Room service is great. The staff service at this hotel needs too much improvement. When you pay more than $400 per night the minimum you expect is a Good morning or a Hello. They need to work in a costumer service area so much. They only amicable personal I found on the hotel was the ladies at the spa. The food is expensive at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel and great staff. Little touches make the visit. Slightly out of Lisbon centre but very easily to get in either walking or public transport. Would definitely stay again.

Epic Sana Lisboa is a fantastic choice when staying in Lisbon. The hotel is well situated, away from the touristy spots, near restaurants and great walking streets. We loved the service, food and spa at the hotel. The rooftop pool is also fabulous. Additionally, the rooms are fully sound proof, which is a huge plus. We would definitely come back here!
