This property is a budget hotel BUT it is very clean, like Japan clean. It is about 15 min walk to city center. Easy walk with shopping around..There are plenty of good eateries. The bad is that there is construction but that is everywhere in Lisbon. It was not too loud or bothersome but you know there is construction. There is a cafe attached to the hotel as the rooms have no kettles or refrigerators. It would be nice if they had some side bed tables and a chair but if yiu plan to be sightseeing much of the time for a short stay 2-3 days, it would be a good value.

In a good location, couple of really nice restaurants and places for breakfast within walking distance. The main area is about a 20 mins walk past all the high end shopping brands or you can get the metro which was close by and easy. The staff were really nice in the hotel but our room stank of smoke - it was so strong we asked to change rooms but there wasn't anything available. The tap in the bathroom was also really basic, like you'd get in a public toilet that switched off automatically and didn't have hot or cold, which was a bit annoying. We wouldn't stay here again or recommend it, unless you had a really tight budget but I'm sure there are nicer places to stay.

The hotel air conditioner not working room was hot like a sauna I couldn't sleep properly. Tried to open the window of the road to noisy people drinking and talking loudly outside of the hotel till 3 am.

The property is a killer deal for the price. Very centrally located, and there is a nearby market to satisfy any small quick needs. The only drawback I would say about the hotel is the bathroom. For some reason, it always smelled faintly of sewage. In addition, the sealant on the shower leaks water, so after a 5-10 minute shower, we saw substantial amounts of water on the bathroom floor. We stayed in two different rooms for two separate bookings, and these were issues for both rooms, so I suspect other rooms would have similar issues. Overall, great deal for the price.

The hotel is really good for the money paid. Close to the central square. What I really didn't like was that there was neither chair nor a bedside table in the room, I didn't know where to put my glasses, my book, my phone etc. The staff is really good, the little cafe downstairs is amazing. Very, very clean, just renovated. WiFi in the room. I would recomment this hotel to everyone.
