My husband and I found the staff, especially at the front desk, were not professional. When we first arrived, the lady at the front desk took our bags to store until our room was ready and she broke a bottle of port wine that we had bought. Even though it was an accident, she and the hotel should have replaced the bottle. She also knew we were on our honeymoon. Other hotels we stayed in for our honeymoon even provided us with a free congratulatory bottle of wine. This hotel broke a bottle of our port wine and didn’t even offer to replace it or refund us for our bottle. In addition, our bathroom door could barely close, the pool was kept at a constant frigid temperature, and no staff ever offered to help us with our luggage. Overall, these issues left us disappointed.
