This hotel was phenomenal. I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of room sizing, prefer a queen bed for my husband and I, it was more than sufficient. The room was impeccably clean, and the amenities were also much appreciated (the heated towel rack was awesome). While we didn’t have a bottle of wine waiting upon arrival, the staff remedied this immediately and without any issue. Everyone from check-in, to the bar, to check-out, were nothing short of professional and pleasant. Although we didn't utilize the street parking outside, we did note there was some available (however as we traveled during the off season, I imagine this is quite congested during summer months). We visited the Turkish baths/pool for the reserved 45 minutes (25 euro per person), which sounds brief but honestly was a nice escape (the reservation is private and limited only to the room, not shared with other guests). The gym had all the essentials including treadmill, elliptical, and free weights, which we utilized daily. High marks all around for this beautiful hotel by the water, we will certainly be back.

Very clean, quiet rooms in central location. Excellent breakfast and really nice staff. However the beds and especially the pillows were quite hard and uncomfortable which made it tough to sleep. Also had quite a lot of trouble with the AC.

Absolutely blown away by this place. Facilities steam room pool and sauna for a start. There to be used floor 1 whenever suits you. The tour of the museum wow what a guide and starting point to Lisbon's rich history. Service 2nd to none, so glad I chose this hotel. Thank you would recommend this hotel don't think there could be better in this city. *****

I can't speak to if this meets other ***** standards, as I often don't make use of many amenities during my stay, but I can say that for the price you won't find a better place. Spacious, great staff, quiet, good location (walkable to much of the tourist parts of Lisbon, train nearby but honestly Ubers are so cheap we just took them anywhere not walkable). We had a lovely time and would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely beautiful room, they upgraded us for our honeymoon! Everything was very clean and the view was great. The spa was hard to reach, and the front desk said they do not schedule for the spa. 50 euro for 2 people to have hotel breakfast is a bit steep as well.

Superb hotel in Lisbon
A great hotel in the city centre of Lisbon. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Clean, great breakfast, and excellent decoration which combine the modern hotel with archaeological relics.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, close to some of the best restaurants around Alfama and Bauxa- Chiado areas. The staff are nice and accommodating. Me and my husband stayed here for 4 nights during my birthday week and the staff made my birthday extra special. I highly recommend this hotel when you are in Lisbon

This is probably the best valued five star hotel in Lissabon . I cannot recommended enough of forces some floors, but look at the price and the location and view. Enjoy your stay.

Very nice room. Very nice staff. Museum was a bonus. Dining and Massage didn’t try as very expensive comparatively. Good location. Would definitely stay there again.

Poor service, not a 5 star quality for sure. AC wasnt working properly, I wasnt able to get a goodnight sleep because of this. Breakfast was ok. Although the lobby and museum were appealing - our stay did not feel like 5 star. Location is good though!

This hotel has a very unique property: a private museum under its building which they provide guided tour in the morning from Monday to Friday. The museum exhibition shows 7 thousand years of hidden history in Lisbon ocean front area.

One of the friendliest, most service-oriented staff I ever encountered. Marcia, in Reception was exceptional! The location is perfect for walking to many shops and restaurants and is also close to many of the city’s attractions. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and had great views of the river. I highly recommend this property and expect to return often.

Hotel was great and so was the staff. The location is amazing and outside of the busy city center area, so it’s easy to get in and out and there is parking out front. The hotel is nice and clean and a good place to relax. It’s quiet and still close to everything.

Great Hotel
We had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The facility was very clean, modern and comfortable. My only issue is that the coffee maker in the room never worked. My suggestion is that they provide a regular coffee maker and not a Kruger. Overall, this hotel is a 9 in my book.

Stay away! And spend your money elsewhere. I booked my birthday trip & had a VIP reservation which staff refused to honor. Never got a bottle of sparkling either, asked every day for it. Front desk that checked me in was very short and rude. Horrible treatment for a “5 star” hotel. Room was dated, needs tlc, location was walkable. Hotel offers no parking, and doesn’t help to locate options.
