The complimentary breakfast was amazing. The staff were very courteous and very helpful scheduling reservations. We would stay there again!

Very nice service. Breakfast was Al a Carte. Very slow service. It took them one hour to serve porridge. And another to get a toast.

Great busy location which is close to shopping and lots of options for food. Public transportation is very close by with decent options to get to taxis. Not that the hotel is above the subway and you can sort of feel it. It didn't bother me though even though we was on the 1st floor. What can I say about the staff? Super friendly, go out of their way to assist, top notch #1 in my book. Will definitely stay again next time we are back in Lisbon.

For the cost this hotel is fine and the staff did everything to make my stay comfortable. But I think it wise for others looking at Expedia to select a hotel that they know this. The hotel is located over a subway and the first room they gave me was literally over the subway which not only was loud but shook the water glasses in my room. They told me the subway ran only from 6am to 1am...leaving me 5 hrs to sleep? They said they would move me the next day to a quieter room which they did and it was much quieter.

The hotel itself was lovely and staff were very friendly. The room was clean and had good amenities. Good choice of breakfast and great location. Very easy to get to/from the airport using the Metro. You could hear/feel the metro go past which was quite loud.

Perfect in every way
Beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy walk from metro station for carefree travel to/from the airport. Staff absolutely superb and made all the difference. Very clean. And a terrific breakfast offered.

A perfect stay in Lisbon
Wonderful hotel in an ideal location! Walking distance to restaurants and transportation. Hop on/off bus just a 2 minute walk. Staff were welcoming and friendly. It was raining when we were there and hotel supplied us with umbrellas. They went above and beyond answering questions and making our stay perfect. Breakfast was excellent and unexpected. There is subway noise but it didn’t really bother us at all. If I could give this hotel and eleven, I would. I hope I will be back to Lisbon and will stay here again!

Everything about the hotel is superb. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful; rooms superb and well-equipped; breakfast terrific; overall feel of the hotel is welcoming and well-maintained and facilities the best. Only downside is that the hotel is on a side street that is not very attractive and the building opposite is dirty and run-down. Hotel is, of course, in a great location as far as getting to things in the city by foot or public transportation.

This was the best hotel at which I have ever stayed, except for one thing and that is there was no air conditioning available at least in November. My wife and I prefer to sleep in a cool room. So we opened the windows until time to sleep and the hotel provided us with a fan. this ultramodern hotel had every other feature I could want except a restaurant and there were plenty of those in the area. The staff was helpful, prompt and very courteous. I hope to be back in Lisbon one day and would stay here for sure.

Great location within easy walking distance of everything. Rooms are very large with very big washroom with separate walk in shower, bathtub 2 sinks. Staff at front desk extremely helpful. Room very quiet.

Staff at the hotel were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was terrific as were the amenities. Top-notch. Very central so easy to get around and well priced. Only downside is that the street it is on is a bit dowdy.

Centrally located, walkable to everywhere. Lots restaurant and bakery, coffee, ice cream shops nearby. Property is update and good deco, clean, no TV though. Breakfast is great, fresh and many choices. Staff very helpful and friendly. Strongly recommended.
