Ticked all my boxes.
Extremely good overnight stay in this comfortable, well positioned, central hotel. It’s in the pleasant Saldanha district on the direct metro line from the airport and main Lisbon train/bus transit centre. Few minutes walk to the wonderful Gulbenkian Museum and city parks and lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Exceptionally friendly & professional staff that gave me exactly the room I’d requested and a good choice of continental and cooked breakfast. Will definitely return and happily recommend!

Good location and easy access to metro / buses. Breakfast is decent and hotel room is spacious and clean. However only one elevator across 8 floors so wait time during peak hours can be long.

My family has just spent 19 nights at the hotel and had an extremely wonderful experience. Centrally located in the heart of Lisbon, within walking distance of Calouste Gulbenkian Museum, the hotel has great rooms, great amenities (comfortable beds, free Wi-Fi, and a delicious breakfast) and a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The hotel was very close to restaurants, shopping centers and subway station (located right across the street). My wife and I highly recommend this hotel!

Very clean, convenient hotel
Our family of four stayed here on a 4 day trip to Lisbon. It was reasonable enough so we were able to get 2 rooms which is always nice when you have 2 teenage kids with you. The hotel is a 5min walk from the nearest metro station in a lovely part of Lisbon. The bedrooms and bathroom are spacious, clean and tidy and are air-conditioned.The free buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of lovely pastries, cereals, cold meats etc. They also had a pancake maker which the kids loved. Overall we were very happy with this hotel and it exceeded our expectations as it is only graded 3 star. We would definitely recommend it :)

I stayed in the new facility of the hotel. Everything was well designed, spotless, and just great. The room was large with everything you can think of, the breakfast was excellent. I was also luckily to get the room for the price of the old facility.

Basic amenities like tea and coffee is not provided. When we requested one in our room, electric kettle and decaffeinated instant coffee with a tea bag was provided. When asked about the milk for coffee, we were told that milk will cost you 2 Euros. What a lame service.

Yes it is provided free of charge on request. Our bartender took it to your room when you requested it. He even went back to pick up some milk for free when you asked for it. Unfortunately we can not provide 1 liter of milk, that's a bit to much and we have to charge for it. Sorry for the lame milk service.

This was the best choice for the hotel in Lisbon. Very attentive staff that allowed to keep my luggage during the weekend I was out of Lisbon. The hotel is well located in the city, has a metro station right in front (red line, when going out of the train take the steps that are on your left,at the end and you will reach the exit that is just on front of the hotel, but has stairs, no elevator, so if you have luggage better to take the other exit and walk two blocks at surface). Breakfast is ok, continental buffet. Rooms are good, mine had a balcony, safety box and mini fridge. The hotel is a couple of blocks from El Corte Inglés (shopping and groceries) and there are two food courts in the mall one in the basement with lot of options and one in the gourmet floor where there are well recognized restaurants. Besides that there are restaurants close to the hotel, several of them with good reviews. You can move all around since the metro is next to the hotel and the location is walkable. if you like to walk then the option is to take a nice stroll down through the av Libertade aprox 25/30 min to reach the city center and in your way you will find all the stores that you might need and enjoy the beautiful landmarks. I have been in Lisbon several times and now that I discovered the Principe Lisboa hotel I think this will be my choice onwards.

The metro was walking distance from the hotel, easy to get to the tourist areas. A large shopping centre is nearby with many restaurants and supermarket. The continental breakfast was extensive. Parking was limited but we managed to park each day. All was satisfactory.

Very clean hotel with a nice-sized room. This hotel was close to a mall and also to some amazing restaurants (I think it’s more of a “newer, up and coming” area as opposed to being near all the tourist traps, but regardless we loved the location as it was quiet and Ubers are super easy to obtain. The breakfast was fine but they will ask you for your room number when you enter as breakfast is an option so I guess they want to make sure you’ve paid for it (or they’ll bill you!) There is plenty of variety at the breakfast so I’d recommend it. We had drinks at the lobby bar each night after we were out all day and the service was a wee bit slow but nothing that was horrible. The atmosphere is relaxed amongst the people who work at the hotel so the bartender was sometimes with the front desk staff, chatting.

Close to everything, this property is near a great mall and the metro station. Uber from here to the center of the city is really afoordable too. The Staff was amazing, the room super comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Definitely coming back.

The hotel is very close to the train station. It’s an easy access to blue and red line for the airport. It’s also within a walking distance to a mall Corte de Ingles - a food court and pastries shops.

Phenomenal deal for an excellent hotel in a great location. Helpful staff who upgraded room on check in to good size with excellent view. Good breakfast included with low price. One tip: Request room away from elevator

The staff was extremely friendly and received me as a guest with open arms. The room was of perfect size for a solo traveller and had all the basic amenities necessary. Also, it was located near Metro Sao Sebastiao which was close to several of my booked activities. If I were to return to Lisbon some day, I would most likely rebook this Hotel.

Excellent boutique hotel with employees that are gracious and helpful! We got upgraded to a bigger room with a balcony. Rooms compared in size to american hotels which is rare in Europe. Breakfast was on 1st floor. Good but repetitive, probably because of COVID restrictions. Metro is right in front of the hotel. Taxis are cheap in Portugal so metro was used for direct connection to airport. Take metro at airport and exit on last stop (red line). We rented a car and park in the garage at the hotel for around 10 euros per night. Driving is easy in Portugal. Gas and tolls expensive. Mall with supermarket close by. Go to pharmacy close to hotel for free COVID test. Make a right and then a left on first traffic light. Look for green cross. Portuguese are courteous, easy going and very happy to have you as a visitor. They are above and beyond cautious with COVID precautions. Great girls’ trip!!!
