Stayed with family for a few days. The property location is fantastic. We had a lot of space and saved time and money having a full kitchen. Daily housekeeping was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Lisbon art stay. We had the family room and it was spacious and comfortable. The location was excellent and near all the great sites and center to most things to do and eat. our room had a full kitchen and it was a home away from home. Would definitely recommend

Excellent location, but don’t expect a lot of attention or help from the front desk. Agreements made with previous employees shift might not be honored by the next shift. Out of 3 hotels I stayed in Portugal this one has the poorest service…. unfortunately…

The smell in the hall area wasn't really that awesome. I assume they are trying to fix the old carpet/wall smell with some air fresheners but it is not much better either. Gave my girlfriend a headache. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel, with a great location, and friendly stuff. Just not a place to stay for smell-sensitive folks.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We had a hiccup at check-in with the type of room (I thought I'd) I reserved. They quickly fixed it for us and I was grateful for the help. The breakfast is very fresh and has a variety of options. We loved grabbing a little bit and planning our day ahead each morning. The location is wonderful – easily walkable to so many things and also near a Metro stop. We would definitely return!

What a fun and eclectic place to stay! The location is perfect. We came with no car and this was ideal. Dining grocery, pharmacy, cafes, sight seeing—all in walking distance. The staff is great and very quick to respond to needs. Excellent and fun place!

I enjoyed my stay a lot! The location is good, the decor is fabulous and the staff were friendly. In particular, they gave me a personalized postcard in my room when I walked in which was a nice touch. I will be back.

I liked the location, very close to public transport, attractions, dining options and grocery. The area is very noisy, with parties/music going on even after midnight.

We were 3 adults and had a family room on 3rd floor. The cleaning staff's room was in front of us and each morning they were so load, that they walk us up. This was around 7:50-8am. I did address it with them and they apologised, but continued in the same manner next day. The bathroom had an awful smell of mould and something rotten, but it looked cleaned and there was nothing visible to an eye to remove it. Apart from that, the hotel was nice and had a really good interior. I think we were just unlucky with the room.

We booked a studio and received a big surprise for a free upgrade to a two-bedroom apartment! It was nicely furnished and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Since it is situated close to the busy tourist area, the only drawback is the noise at night, but it can be overcome if we close the windows.

It has a cool vibe. Room was clean and modern. Only complaint was the noise from the bar on the 5th floor. We were on the 4th.

Due to issues at Luton airport (baggage belt broke) we were unable to board our flight and were not able to stay at the hotel on the first night. As we had had booked a non refundable tariff, we lost the money for that night. It is what it is but i would've hoped staff would have been forward leaning due to this mishap and the fact we were there for a celebration. Instead we were met with indifference and an attempt to overcharge on tax. Hardly the welcome we were hoping for. Having said that, the hotel is beautifully quirky and we had a wonderful walking tour on Tuesday morning. The rooftop bar was also great fun. Cleaning staff work strange hours (she came at 18.00 when we had just go back from sightseeing) and our cleaner was quite rude to our daughter.

Apartment smelt of sewage, after complaining nobody came a sprayed air freshener or came to fix it! Overall apartment was run down, sofa was so uncomfortable, fridge leaking and doors coming of hinges

We arrived early at the property since we had an early flight and they held our luggage which allowed us to explore Lisboa. The room was excellent, bright and very clean! The breakfast was great, very well rounded for a breakfast buffet and very fresh! They arranged a shuttle to the airport for a very very early flight. I definitely would stay here again.

What an incredible place. We stayed in the 3 bedroom and it was so spacious and light filled. The place itself is gorgeous, beds were super comfy, excellent aircon, lovely bathrooms, the lighting and decor was so cool. Location could not have been more perfect. Nice and flat, loads of restaurants and shops but close enough to walk or hop on a bus or train to see everything. Staff were super attentive and helpful. Marina in particular went above and beyond to give us advice on tours and places to see. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.
