Lovely hotel. Nice little gym. Let down by breakfast staff who look very unhappy and are reluctant to serve coffe or anything from the a la carte menu.

A very convenient hotel that's away from the noise but still walkable to the tourist spots. Breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, definitely consider adding it on! All the staff we interacted with were so nice. We had a bit of a situation the night we stayed there and the staff that helped us were very professional, apologetic and rectified it immediately. My mother also left something in the first room and they helped us find it ASAP, it was such a relief. I would highly recommend staying here, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Staff very helpful. Ideal location. Fantastic breakfast. Clean rooms with rainfall showers. Negative bit - pool cold needs to be warmer as jacuzzi is very small and a lot of people want to use it. Mini room bar is chargeable but doesn’t state this in room or at reception. Be very careful!!

The hotel is located right next to the high fashion shopping district, this made shopping and going back to store the items before going out to eat/sightsee very convenient. Public transport is very close and also use Bolt for ride shade sharing or scooter/bike if that is what you like to do. The hotel room was very clean and bed was comfortable. I just wished the gym operated a little bit later. Overall, amazing and would definitely come back again.

Great hotel
This is a beautiful property is a very pretty area of Lisbon. The indoor pool was very pretty and there was a quaint courtyard right next to it. The front desk was helpful and kind. We loved the rooftop bar. Great hotel.

The breakfast was delicious, and sitting outside near garden was lovely. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, and spoke English well! Helped us to plan our day trips to various cities, rooms were clean and very comfortable! Such a great find!! Easy to access the downtown area by 10 minute walk, and also close to trains. We were so pleased with the location, experience and such a nice atmosphere (and a great indoor pool!) we will be back!

All customer facing staff are excellent. Housekeeping is below standard. Every morning at 2AM, city crew empties garbage bins in front of the hotel and it is extremely loud. It is not the hotel's fault, but this is enough to deter guests from coming back!
